Hey Meso crew,
I've been a long time reader of Meso and today I took the plunge and created an account so I can document my very first cycle and share the good and bad along the way. But first, a bit about me.
Background
I'm in my 30's and I've been lifting weights for 4 years. The 1st year I probably spent finding my feet, trying different programs, frequencies and techniques; in year 2, I started to nail being consistent, working out 4 times a week, sticking with a program for a minimum of 6 months before changing it up or out. By year 3 and 4 I have got into a rhythm of going to the gym 4+ days a week, working body parts 2 times per week and I enjoy it; it's become as much as part of my lifestyle as brushing my teeth every morning and night.
Why do I want to cycle?
I have been working out for 4 years and I can honestly put my hand on heart and say for these last two years I have busted my balls in the gym. I eat well, work out consistently, add weight progressively and have not missed a day in the gym for over 2 years; but when I look around and compare my size and achievements against others, I get disappointed with myself. Disappointed that I haven't pushed myself harder, or I haven't eaten enough or added enough weight. Where are my bulging gains?
The truth of the reality is, is that the physique I wish to attain is likely to only ever be achievable through the use of anabolics, unless I was given some god like genetics, which I wasn't. SO that has brought me to this point.
Finding a Source
I have been reading about steroids for well over 2 years and have been researching steroids use, sources, cycles, techniques, diet and PCT for these past two years, which Is how I came about this very community and have learned alot from. This isn't something I have decided to go into lightly as I wanted to go into this with eyes wide open, knowing what risks I would be subjecting myself to.
After reading for 2 years and deciding I was going to try 1 cycle, I then set about looking for a reliable source who wouldn't sell me bunk gear or run off with my money. From reading Meso for months, the frequency at which this happens really discouraged me because even though Meso scrutinizes sources, there still is no guarantee that your source is legit in any sense; so eventhough I felt I was better informed, I was none the wiser in terms of who the best source was.
Stepping out into the abyss of sources, I decided to go with Noble labs. My rationale for doing so was that they were a UK source, the majority of online reviews I could find were positive and searching google for past reviews/info seemed to support the positive reviews. My paranoia inherited from Meso was still telling me that these reviews could all be paid for or affiliated in some way, so the gear could still have been bunk or I could be lining myself up to be ripped off. But, knowing the risk, I jumped in and placed an order with Gymchemist.co.
I chose Gymchemist because they make and distribute Noble, and communication from them with other users appeared to be consistent and timely, which gave me a little confidence in this being my first source. When it came to placing the order, that was pretty straight forward and they communicated with me at each stage so that gave me a little more confidence, but I still had the niggling in my mind that I was going to get ripped off, but low and behold my gear arrived special delivery a few days after ordering. After checking the box contents, seeing all I had ordered was there, I was quite content with the process so far. I still don't know if what I have ordered is bunk or not, but I suppose this log will determine that over the next few weeks.
So all in all the process of ordering and receiving my goods was pretty straight forward, i'd almost liken it to ordering off of Amazon or Play. I also have to add that I was impressed by how professional the packaging was, as it looked like anything you could buy from a Pharmacy, so that added to my confidence a bit in that I had chosen a decent source.
Preparation Preparation Preparation
With my gear arrived, I needed to sort out how I was going to get this stuff into my body. I spoke with a close friend who is a nurse to talk to her about what I was planning to do, and she suggested I go and visit my local needle exchange. First thought was, that place is for junkies, but after manning up, I went in and asked to speak with someone about taking anabolics. After a decent chat about my cycle, the guy talked me through how to use a syringe, how to extract from a vial and how to inject. After that, he gave me a couple of sharps bins for the used needles, green needles to draw from the vial, blue needles to inject, alcohol swabs and syringes, so I had everything I needed to start my 1st cycle. On reflection, going to the needle exchange wasn't that bad at all, it was all anonymous and I got everything for free, so that has to be a bonus!
Just to mention, they gave me a brilliant source which is loaded with information on the various anabolics and it also has demonstration videos on injection techniques: http://www.siedsinfo.co.uk/
So after sorting out that, the next thing was to get my diet in order to make sure I was going to be eating enough protein. I went out and bought a measuring jug so I can measure ml's and also some digital scales so I can weigh out the right portions. And loaded my fridge, freezer and cupboards, with Eggs, Porridge, Rice, Chicken, Turkey, Vegetables and these staples will make up the majority of my diet over the course of my 1st cycle.

Day 1
Today is my very first day and I was both excited and apprehensive about starting this cycle. Excited because I want to see what I can achieve over the next 10 weeks, but apprehensive because I don't know how my body is going to respond and also because I have no idea what really is this stuff I am putting in my body.
I took my first 10mg of Dianabol this morning with my bowl of porridge and I also took 0.5mg of Arimidex. Since taking these I haven't felt sick or anything.
I then was preparing myself for my first ever self injection. I warmed the vial in my pocket and hands and you could see the oil become less viscous after some warmth, I then pulled the cap off the vial and used an alcohol swab to clean to the top of the vial, put a green needle on the syringe and drew 1 ml of air into the syringe, stuck the syringe into the vial and pushed the air into the vial, then drawing up 1 ml of oil. Put the used green needle into the sharps bin and then put the blue needle on ready to inject; I decided on injecting into my lateral thigh muscle so cleaned the area with an alcohol swab.
Pushing the needle in, I didn't really feel any pain which was surprising. I tried to pull the plunger back a little to see if any blood would draw into the syringe but nope, nothing, so I was good to go. I started to push the oil in with a guide of doing it slowly over 10 seconds, which was recommended by the needle exchange. As I was pushing the oil in, I noticed some white creamy liquid by the head of the needle, but wasn't concerned as I was still feeling no pain and finished off pushing the oil in.
As soon as the oil was in, I immediately felt sick, my stomach was churning and I could feel the colour drain from me. I've never had a problem with needles in the past, but then again it has always been someone else injecting me, not me injecting myself. I lay down on the floor and just breathed slowly for a few minutes as I didn't want to be sick as that meant losing my porridge, my arimidex and my dianabol.
After a few minutes of lying down, I felt fine. The injection site has a little blood and feels warm in that area, I also have a little ache there, i'm assuming tomorrow the pain there will either be worse or better, but I am guessing worse.
Food for today:
Breakfast - Porridge Oats mixed with Protein Powder
Mid Morning - Protein Shake + milk + Large Hard Boiled Egg
Afternoon - Protein Shake + milk + Large Hard Boiled Egg
Dinner - Turkey + rice + vegetables
Evening - Protein Shake + milk + Large Hard Boiled Egg
Cheers, Fox
