Franchise24 training log 2016/2017

I've never tried them. Never had an issue with my calves. Wish I could help on that one. I stretch often two three times a day. I will be starting physical therapy next week just for preventive maintenance.
I ended up getting an ace bandage compression sleeve for my ankle. It doesn't hurt, I just want to be safe. It was only $10 so figured it was worth a shot. I stretch also and warm up a lot. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I video tape myself but not all the time. I'm going to start videoing taping every heavy set to see if I can spot what I'm doing. Maybe you can take a look also, I'll start on Monday.

Do you stretch your calves for dorsiflexion and plantar flexion?

Still out of routine. Fucking moving unpacking waiting around for cable and other things. Blows big balls.

I wasn't pleased with bar speed and explosiveness. I'm going to need to deload next week.
 
Not sure what those are. I usually stretch standing on my tip toes and then on my heels.
Put the balls of feet up against a wall. And lean into the foot that's on the wall with your leg straight.

Then do the same thing and this time lean into the foot with a bent knee.

Next one sit on a bench and rotate your ankles clockwise then counter clockwise. After that pull your foot down towards the floor. This one get the muscles on the shins.

I'll be hitting back again tomorrow. Deadlifts, Pendlay Rows, and seated chest Supported Rows. I won't be going any higher than RPE 7-8. I'm deloading next week on bench sessions. My joints need a little rest.

325 is a hell of a pause squat man. Good job! I just finally worked up to 315 for 2x3 for a 3 second hold.

First time pulling in about a week. I didn't pull last week because of the move. Felt good today. I didn't get to record it. But I'll get around to it. I just hate recording shit.
 
Holy shit. Talking about wanting to flip out on my wife and in laws. I've only eaten twice. I'm not at my half my caloric intake today. And my wife and in laws want to do everything in one day. So I put up a few blinds and moved the rest of my wife's shot from the old house to the new house. With the help of my father in law.

My wife is pregnant so she's useless even if she wasn't pregnant still useless. Prissy wife I have.

So my father in law get back to the house before my wife and mother in law. We unload the cars move the shit upstairs. Put blinds up. And here comes my wife microwaving little pizza bites. WTF!!!

I WANT FUCKING FOOD!!! STEAK POTATOES CHICKEN!!!

They tried to get me to do another task. I said I have to go and eat. I was calm and respectful, but I wanted to fucking cursing my wife out. She know how I fucking eat.

I get mad as fuck at my wife if she makes stupid shit for dinner. She usually has to make me something different, lol.
I'm on tren and I have to eat. Not just anything it has to be a meal full with plenty of carbs. Put fucking pizza rolls. Holy shit I lost it internally. After I got done putting up the last window blind. I was gone.
 
I would've smashed those pizza rolls with about 1/4 gallon of milk and went on with my day. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
I needed carbs. Lots of them. When I run Tren if I don't eat enough carbs I get lethargic and moody. I left and got me some two steaks and sweet mash with broccoli.


My body needed a real meal. This is how tren makes me.

The other day I ate two 8oz chicken breasts, grilled potatoes, olives with pita bread then I had shake that was at least 2000 calories over 200g carbs 7 grams of fat.

This high dose of tren wont let me bulk. I'm taking in 6000 calories a day.. I almost want to drop it for 3-4 weeks. Then add it back in, but tren ace to finish with and drol.
