Franchise24 training log 2016/2017

They are but I also have to show my gratitude to you as well.

Well a putting a total on the books at your first meet will be gratitude enough. I'm thinking the 220s will be a great fit for you and you have plenty of time to make huge progress between now and then. The first meet this year if you do it is just to put water under the bridge and get you familiar with how meets work. The real one next year is where you go HAM

id like to cosign with this as well.
i just answered a few questions man. same i would do for anyone on this board. but to put together a program for someone is different. ive set some people up with programs ive come up with and that shit takes effort and time. and @Perrin Aybara @RodgerThat clearly put some time in to come up with that for you. either way, you are welcome my friend!
Yes @RodgerThat and @Perrin Aybara did the programming and @Perrin Aybara even modified it about a month ago. Definitely big thanks two those two guys.

As I mentioned before. I'm still grateful for you and @Docd187123 taking time to answer my questions point me the right direction for a good coach. Reply to my threads. It has helped a great deal. And if I can't return the favor to you all. I will pay forward one day to someone that is looking for similiar advice. Of course I will reference all you. Lol!!!

Heading off to get some cryo therapy treatment, use the Normatec boots then hit the gym. Get to use my Eleiko Comp bar and Texas deadlift bar today. Was just waiting on the bar locks before I took tbem to the gym.

Eleiko bars are expensive. But I have to say outside of giving me military discount. They threw in the powerlifting competition collars for free. Fucking solid collars. The pair weigh 11 pounds.

this is the stuff that will change the board around. helping others achieve their goals. Millard told me he was really proud of what we are doing here in the Powerlifting Forum and he wishes other forums would take note.

all i ask is you pay it forward and spread the word

I will definitely pay it forward; without a question. I will do better at spreading the word. I love what you all did here with the powerlifting forum. It was much needed.

The powerlifting forum is pretty new but regardless, have you seen any e-fighting going on here or in any real powerlifting thread for that matter?

@theprodgicalson & @Docd187123 you guys are way to modest. PA & RT are awesome but you guys are amazing at sharing info and helping cultivate a good group as well. I've picked up so many little pieces of info from all of you and I can't thank you guys enough. I'm right there with @franchise24 when he thanks all you guys.

Oh, and Millard... we will take control and make Meso stronger than any other board. Maybe. If our adductor tendons don't tear off that is

Nope, just like minded individuals with goals in mind! Not a bunch of idiots chasing the next "troll", "shill", or "great source"! When I want substance I come here, when I want to laugh or shake my head in disgust, I lurk the underground!

Yes way to modest. But @Perrin Aybara and @RodgerThat we're the first ones I went to for help. And boy did I receive it. A program was created for me. And I was given enough literature to have me reading different programming, nutrition techniques for a long time.

Yeah bro when I first joined all I did was stay in the underground, then I said let me check the training forum. I saw all these members that are powerlifting and I was in heaven.

You will get a good laugh in the underground, that's for sure.
