Leg Press 4 plates each side:
Close Stance 2x20/ Wide Stance 2x20
Leg press there was no rest between the switching of foot positioning. Once I hit 40 I took 30-45 second rest and continued.
@theprodgicalson I contacted pioneer I ordered two belts. I ordered a 3" 10mm belt for deadlifting and I'll give a try during bench work. I also ordered a 4" 13mm belt for Squats. Both lever belts. I got a little fancy and got some color to them. The 3" 10mm deadlift belt is blue outside red inside. Sticking is red and lever is red.
The 4" 13mm belt is the reverse colors of the deadlift belt.
I've ordered from them before. But I spoke with Kimberly and super sweet lady. Customer Service top notch. She went line by line after I placed the order to double check everything was correct. And I was given a military discount.
I can't wait to get the belts. Especially after hearing that the SBD belt aren't truly 13mm. I feel like SBD ran a Ponzi scheme with those belts. Lol. None the less. I've gotten use to wearing the belt. So when I get my new ones in I wont go through that learning curve as bad.
