fucking dnp

No, you don't. But past a certain point, yes, you do.

Do you have any idea how few lifters actually make it to the point where they actually 'need' AAS in order to make any progress because the training volume they HAVE to use to get stronger becomes so absurdly high?

The answer is very very few. I know of none, but know of many who think they were at this point (they weren't).

The point is that none of us actually 'needs' any of this shit. That includes you and me.

I get it, but you made no attempt to actually reply to any of the content of my postings, and now have changed the subject to accutane
I don't have anything to say. You gave your anecdotal personal experience, which you stated can't be used as fact. Your posts have no validity, just like mine. What's to discuss? The validity of posts whose content you said was invalid? [emoji23]

Touche, I honestly expected you to go on a warpath defending DNP, you have responded with reason, therefore we can respectfully move on with our opinions and experiences

And you are absolutely entitled to your opinion. Dnp isn't for everyone. And those who choose to use it should learn as much as they can about it before making that decision.

It's more than an opinion it's based on existing evidence.

Incidentally others should also understand your suggestion one can "control the symptoms" seen with DNP,, only serves to mask the underlying causation, and more importantly grossly underestimates the metabolic consequence of uncoupling oxidative phosphorylation.

(Another drug in toxic quantities has almost identical effects as DNP, ASA and its effects have been very well studied for comparison for those interested)

The bottom line; DNP starves cells of energy, much of it dissipated as HEAT, and wo
energy as in ATP, a cascade of events is UNAVOIDABLE.

They begin with a rapid consumption of glycogen stores and continue as a drastic reduction of anabolic processes
including SKM occurs.

Next in line is a reversal of the potassium ATPas pump, which is critical for ALL energy dependent cellular functions and include many of those physiologic processes we all take for granted such as GI motility,
nerve conduction, and electrolyte homeostasis etc.

Finally if one has enough "energy" left over they may feel
compelled to rise above it all and leave that couch for water or nourishment, if they aren't vomiting, too dehydrated or hyperthermic to do so.

The net effect of ALL that which is DNP?

Those who use it "feel like shit", some more some less, and that's one symptom that's not "controllable" per se, bc such adverse effects are a direct/indirect consequence of uncoupled oxidative phosphorylation and the latter is a REQUIREMENT for "effective DNP therapy".

Finally I can see the rhyme or reason behind a multitude of drugs used by BB, but bc DNP is completely void of legitimate benefit, at considerable risk, and is associated with adverse effects in one form or another
those who use this compound seriously need to reconsider their priorities IN MY OPINION!

For those reasons alone and from a purely evidence based medical perspective , it's absolutely impossible for me to justify the use of DNP!

And IMO we are not helping anyone by offering advice on how to use this
compound "safely"
.

If there's evidence to the contrary I'd love to review it.

Jim

The underlined is bullshit.
The bold is exactly why no one should be looking to you for information about DNP.

As a side note, I've been waiting 2 years for Jim to provide a single piece of evidence for his assertion that DNP burns muscle (this data doesn't exist, all the original clinical trials showed it to be very much anti-catabolic as have dexa results I've o tainted on myself & others). He never produced the evidence and never will - "evidence based" indeed :)

No, you don't. But past a certain point, yes, you do.

You do not, however, need DNP to get lean.

Again, to a point, no. Past that point, yes.

Chad Wessley Smith, Mike Tuchscherer, Lamar Gant, etc all got strong and haven't taken steroids to the best of anyone's knowledge. Smith and Tuchscherer both squat over 700, bench over 400, and pull around 800 or more. Lamar Gant had scoliosis and pulled over triple his bodyweight in the 141lb class I believe. Please don't tell me you need to be stronger than this for your day job.

Why do people always refer to "boosting the immune system" as a good thing? What is that even supposed to mean? What it usually means is a negative reaction lol you don't want your immune system heightened. Huge pet peeve of mine when people say that shit. You want your immune system to not be tampered with lol
