Oh those work traveling feels, I'm right there with ya. What saves me is packing a bunch of peanut butter and granola bars, and I always save a smaller pwo container and fill it with whey, that way you avoid those damn ready to drink shake costs. I will however occasionally grab a muscle milk pro with 40g protein or even better those muscle monsters which are delicious and macros are actually great. Milk, always a cheap option too , chocolate if you need the cals. One of those little quart bottles for a few bucks packs 800+ cals and can be chugged pretty quickly [emoji13]

Grats on the lift and oh dressing room lighting is the BEST!

I was out of town for a couple days for work and my eating was kinda shitty. I did my best to get protein and calories in and to hell with the rest of the macros. Even stopped by a local GNC and picked up a 6-pack of Syntha 6 protein drinks, which btw was like $40.. unfucking believable but whatever it's better than failing back in weight. I also did the rookie move of packing clothes and gear for a single night (I only planned on being gone 1 night), dumbass I know better. Fortunately I had an extra pin with me but not a second day of dbol. I also had to go shopping to get extra clothes to wear cuz remember I'm still that dumbass that didn't pack enough. Now I'm at this store in the dressing room trying on a shirt and HOLY SHIT it was like the bodybuilding gods shined on me for a minute. My upper body was ripped!!!! I didnt even recognize myself. Envision this, here I am in a dressing room no shirt on taking pics and texting my wife these pics. You can hear the camera going off on my phone like 59 times LMFAO. Whatever anyone waiting and wondering what the fuck was going on only wished they looked that good. Haha yah the ego was way blown up after that, I've fallen back down to earth now [emoji6] I did buy 4 new shirts that all look outstanding should get me laid for sure lol.
Got home late last night and was demolished from the drive so no gym. This morning I was a glorious 199.2 pounds and LIVID about it. I worked so damn hard to eat my way to 200. I'll get back there hopefully tomorrow am. [emoji35][emoji35]
Leg day today and after talking to a friend of mine (and reading @Docd187123 post) we decided it was time to up the ante. It's put up or shut up time. Going for 225 tonight in deadlifts and I just need one. Nothing crazy just walk up and pick the shit up. Well mission accomplished!!! Not the greatest form, kinda crappy to be honest but strong enough to get the lift done and not get hurt.

Drop a lot of that warm up stuff with the deads. Pull a few at 135 with a reset each time, couple pulls at 175 (stand up and reset each rep), pull 215, then 235. Another pr.

Thanks bud. Honestly I'm getting a little frustrated with my weight. I sneeze and lose 5 lbs. weighted in at 198 this morning. Not sure what to do with diet at this point. The dbol and Fina has killed my appetite. I'm at a loss for what to do. I'm doing about anything to eat calories but I'm not getting what I need in.

I would sub out your seated smith machine military press for standing overhead press or standing military press with a barbell and move it to the first lift of that day.

Yes, that's a good explanation of the mechanics of the lift. A lot of the EliteFTS videos are good.

A barbell press is more difficult than a smith machine press. A standing press is more difficult than a seated press. Bc of these two things expect to use less weight when you make the change. You'll also end up using more musculature too which is an added bonus. Remember, the kinetic chain begins with your feet and the floor, goes up through your legs and hips, and gets transmitted to the bar through your core and upper body. Bc of this you want to be tight everywhere before you even unrack the bar.

I fucking hate eating. What to do? Eat anyway. There is a reason everyone isn't walking around jacked on planet earth- because it's hard work. It's all about fighting puke while you shovel in more eggs. More chicken. More fish. More beef. More shakes. I put ground beef in cream of mushroom soup and fucking drink it. I get pissed if I only eat a dozen eggs in a day. A gallon of milk is 2800 calories and 128 grams protein. Fucking drink it. You want to be a lean 225? This eating is fucking cake compared to what you will have to eat then. Wanna stop now? Or perhaps it's time to sit down with a glass of water and shovel in some more animal flesh?
