Perhaps those recently dissatisfied customers have a legitimate complaint (I believe thats what your referring to in your last post) but I'm only attempting to highlight the potential for someone to take advantage of your OVERT generosity.

In my opinion, the ABUSE factor becomes even more worrisome when one realizes the origin of essentially all the logged "concerns" are from noobs, novices, or neophytes whom typically are young or immature and frequently lack the funding required to even complete a bonafied "cycle". The latter becomes patently obvious if PCT is included.

Egro ANY company who appears eager to please all comers are prime targets
for being inundated with "complaints" wether a problem exists or not, as a simplified means to and ends, receiving SOMETHING FOR NOTHING.

(Heck Dan the next thing we may hear, someone logging a complaint about FREE SAMPLES NOT arriving in a timely fashion) [)]

Shipping to the states is working now fantastic.

I just received my second shipment. Product is as advertised in original packaging. My first shipment arrived in 9 days, this last one took longer, more like 35 days because of a reship, but it did arrive. Well done getm, keep up the good work.

I think I can speak to this as I have talked to cgreen, as well as clearly being criticized by both jim and bigger ben.

The environment on this board, I thought, APPEARED to be open and encouraging to skepticism toward sources. Other source threads seem to involve a lot of communication and people get antsy pretty quickly, especially if there are communication gaps that approach a week or more. That seems pretty acceptable on the other threads on the board. It's fine if GE-TM functions differently and has a longer turn around time and longer communication gaps as long as that is communicated up front. And it is communicated in GE-TM's case. I think they indicate 10-17 days to receive from the time of payment. So when it took 50 some days to receive my order (which started in October, so not exactly the Christmas rush), it would seem understandable to have some skepticism and concern.

I didn't ask for any kind of compensation or even ask for reshipment. GE-TM decided to do that. Other sources seem to make compensations all the time so I'm not sure why jim and biggerben got so protective in this case. Dan came on here himself and gave myself and cgreen credit for not being the babies that biggerben accused us of being. See post #822

Biggerben didn't understand the time frame as I posted it in my review which is probably my fault. It still seems strange the way that he chimed in. GE-TM was able to handle their business just fine without his unconstructive and misinformed judgements.

Regarding the reshipment that I was to be sent. It's been 30+ days and I have never received it, which is perfectly fine since I got the first one but I'm not sure it was ever even sent in the first place. So again, jim and biggerben's bitching is perhaps in vain here as well.

Bottome Line: jim and biggerben didn't know the situation and added nothing constructive. Additionally, their sentiments in my opinion, seem out of line with what this forum is supposedly about. Subsequently the thread sat without a post for 20 days until cgreen brought this issue up.
