Faytrain sometimes it can take a little time to get a repy from them. Communication isnt their strong suit. Little more patience is needed with them when it comes to pm's and such.

Can you tell us about the domestic operation? My concern is with setups like Sciroxx that ship raw powder to individuals, who then do the cooking more or less unmonitored. That has resulted in less than stellar quality control IMO.
