I don't disagree TA but what SF did was not the standard, by far.
The primary reason cost!
It's considerably less expensive to collate the emails on a 24 hr basis and respond thereafter (rather than having 24/7 employee email coverage).
However if that's what your most comfortable with, by all means go for it.
However people should understand, once they leave the SF farm (for items they don't carry) the course WILL be different, I promise.
However it's not necessarily indicative a particular company is a scammer.
More importantly the very best upper end "companies" (typically operated by a few lifters or BB, all with the same vested interest, the consistent production of the highest grade AAS at very reasonable rates) upon developing and perfecting a top grade AAS limit production considerably.
In fact these relatively small COOPs have the very best gear excepting pharm grade, IME, and will have no interest in dealing with someone needing DAILY UPDATES on their order.
A few may believe I'm joking, about requests for scheduled updates, NOT! (If some only knew, lol)
The bottom line, since due diligence is of critical importance, eventually people will be required to do their own leg work as a means to an ends, developing a cadre of "trustworthy" AAS sources, (I KNOW I'm asking the impossible of first time buyers especially when utilizing relatively new AAS companies) and/or believe in those mates whom are making the source referrals.
For the latter at least three trusted mates is mandatory, with few exceptions, IMO!
Best
