Elite Powerlifting Federation, that was copy and pasted from their rules

My friend was signed up, I'm riding on his coat tails into this one

Another dude here lifts in EPF as well if I remember correctly

I believe that dude is @Docd187123 also you should get a singlet for sure even if the rules don't say it's mandatory clearly it's benificial for you to have cause it's easiest to see you've made depth for a squat. Any singlet is fine they range from 30-100 bucks and the only difference is brand and cut but there's no advantage of one over another unless it says SBD on it cause SBD is the coolest (I own SBD cause I'm bias)

Not me manbearpig :(. I lift RPS :D

I've lifted in EPF. It's an ok fed. They're mostly bench guys though and they're kinda just local gym meets. I was supposed to do an EPF meet next month but I'm doing a uspa meet to qualify for IPL worlds instead in a few weeks

That's who it was. Right on.

Anyone hear of or have personal experience with Harris Stability Systems knee wraps, wrist or sleeves?

First let me give my review of the SBD 13mm Belt. Shit Rocks. To be fair I don't have another belt to compare it to. Easy of use is incredible.

Still trying to find the sweet spot with the belt on my deadlift. I'll try working with it a bit higher to see how that works. I will be getting an Inzer forever belt to make a comparison.

Now onto some other I've gotten the last few months.

I've purchased two pair of Metal Jack Squat Briefs. One is a size 44 the other a 46. I know during this bulk the 44 will require a second person and me hanging off different apparatuses to get them on, even with suit slippers.

I've also got two pair Powerbelly Gear DeathRow knee wraps 2.5m

One pair each:
Elitefts: Krait Knee wrap 3m
Elitefts: Heavy Knee wrap 3m

The DeathRow are my favorite, but after the first set I can't wrap myself anymore.

I can't compare the elitefts wraps because they are 3m. Overall I like them. Not harsh on the back of the knee can use them for rep work. IMG_20170328_090714.jpg
I also have a pair of Pioneer Phantom knee wraps on the way. And Pioneer Lillibridge wraps on the way.

I have two pair of knee wraps coming from Harris Stability Systems and one set of wrist wraps.

Harris Stability Systems: True Cast knee wraps 2.5m
Harris Stability Systems: Elite knee wraps 2.5
Harris Stability Systems: True Cast Wrist Wraps 92cm/36in

Phantom Knee Wraps for Weightlifting and Powerlifting • Pioneer Fitness

You can find the Lillibridge wraps here as well as elitefts

I just got a pair of SBD knee sleeves. I used them for first time, doesn't seem to add much power but does seem to stabilize a bit going up. I figured I could use every advantage for my meet in June.
Delivery was fast as hell from Anderson power lifting, but it seems they are the most expensive legal sleeves available:(

@theprodgicalson @Perrin Aybara @RodgerThat @insaiyan93 @Leancuisine @TorroXL @Ickyrica @Gobuckeyes0122

Got my Donnie Thompson Formal Bowtie this morning. And got the Pioneer Phantom Knee Wraps and the Pioneer Lillibridge Knee wraps this afternoon. I didn't get to use the knee wraps, they arrived after my workout.
I used the bowtie for Barbell Overhead Press, Squats and Deadlifts. I didn't deadlift much. My buddy got his Rogue Deadlift bar in today so I just gave it a go with 225 for 5 reps.

My thoughts on the Bowtie after first use. Definitely pulls your shoulders into proper alignment. For squats with low bar squats I didn't feel any pressure of pain in my shoulders from low bar squat and it definitely reinforced keeping tight. I order an XL because large cuts off at 225 and I am hovering close to 225.gear.jpg

The bow tie in your picture and the one I pictured in my head were worlds apart.

I pictured something similar to....... this

I got a casual bow tie on Monday. I've worn it around the house a few times and used it on some bench warmups. I really like it. It definitely makes you think about keeping your shoulders back when the are prone to being in the anterior.

Also picked up a spud inc deadlift belt. It's made out of nylon and utilizes velcro, but it seems good for training. My 13mm inzer really pinches me when doing deads (great for squats though) and the nylon barely gives a pinch when in the down posistion. Used it on bent rows yesterday, and it did its job.

I use a 3" belt for deadlift and it doesn't interfere with getting down to the bar.

I'm probably going to have to invest in a bow tie soon. I like to be sure before spending that kind of money, but from what you all are saying it seems worth it.
