Gear review

My next 2 purchases will be pro elbow sleeves and a lever belt. I've been looking at the sbd's and inzer. I'm interested to know how they are too if @RodgerThat has em
Looking at the first page of the pic of his gear. Looks like he has the elbow sleeves.

I've been telling a few people about Harris Stability Systems equipment. IMO they make the best knee and wrist wraps at the moment.

I've got all they knee wraps from the elite to the true cast to the supremacy. The only issue is they are Aussie based and and have no American distributor. I contact them when I want to place on order. I ask for wholesale, since shipping is crazy. But I make big orders.

They have knee and elbow sleeves that are 9mm thick. 2 inches thicker than the SBD sleeves.

@franchise24 @Trapmonster yes I do have the SBD elbow sleeves they are easy to get on and off and definitely keep the elbows warm and stable, there is no pop off of the chest regardless of how tight you get them so just get your size. The inside (elbow pit) is thinner then the outer elbow part so it makes it super nice for wearing for longer periods of time. I honestly haven't worn them a ton lately but if I do have a double press say or an early morning cold session I'll throw them on.

Thanks brother. I need a pair I've lost some mobility in my shoulders and low bar squat is killing me, and fucking up my bench day. Lol.

Obviously mobility needs to be worked and is. Just takes time. And my training is going good.

It hurts my wrist more than anything. I had to get a pair of wrist wraps. I only got the 12' but I'm looking to get 18 or 24.
I got the Inzer z wraps @ 24" and my wrists are fine now. What's all jacked up is my elbows lol. They get torn up doing squats, getting better over time with more stretching though

Go get a proper ART massage or graston therapy and hit up the suana and nice a week cause you can stretch much deeper in one. Employ multiple avenues to get the mobility level you want and have tangible stretching goals
You are correct I need to employ multiple avenues to achieve the mobility level I seek. Fuck even thought about going the Atlanta Falcons Sports Physical Therapy center to work on some of these issues, since my insurance covers it.

Your insurance covers it and you haven't made it your second home
Damn! I'm going to my Chiropracter twice a week right now, once a week for graston therapy and another for ART and my life long weekly adjustment due to an injury. If I take a month off from it I'm crippled. It's 100 bucks a week for me now if he makes me pay full price, usually he just does my sessions for free or I pay for the second one in the week, during competition prep I'm going in every day the final week for free which is sweet he's big into fitness and has a photo of all his top athlete clients holding medals and a write up under from each of us to say how much it helps. Everyone should try and find something like that... or do what I use to do and scroll tinder until you find a massage therapist or kinesiology major and get them to work on ya :D

I'm going to with the SBD sleeves just to get a little more warmth.

Some federations allow you to use the sleeves while you squat only.

I purchased my first lever/prong belt during Christmas. I got the SBD belt on @RodgerThat suggestion. So far so good. It took a little bit to find the the proper placement of the belt during deadlifts. But for me if I wear it high right below my sternum it doesn't impede my technique.

And it actually provides and protects the weakest part of my back wearing it that high.

I plan on getting an inzer forever belt just to compare them.

It will be my second home real soon. I've been stupid about it.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Nothing compares to the SBD lever you will either find the prong to never be perfect tightness or the lever to be a pain cause you have to constantly use a screw driver to loosen or tighten it depending on if you lift in the morning or evening when you're bloated. You've got the best of the best ever top level guys going with SBD unless they are Jesse Norris cause he's a freak

Well you just saved me money.

I'm getting my Eleiko Comp powerlifting bar today. Texas deadlift bar on Thursday. Now I'm debating between Okie Squat bar vs Texas Squat bar.

Why not a duffalo bar for squats to save your elbows and shoulder joints a bit more if you have the comp powerlifting bar youd just use that for squats during meet prep then any other time use the duffalo for squats and bench and significantly reduce elbow strain
