True again. I'll get them both. These bars will end up in my gym when I open it.
Can I work in your gym? And sleep and live and train and bask in its glory.... also you'll have to get me a work VISA or smuggle me in but don't know how trump would take a Canadian after the other day when he attcked us for dairy farming

Shit bro you are welcome to the gym when I open it. My plan is to get certified as a USPA Training Facility. I know I'll need some USPA certified coaches. No big deal there.

Then Branch out from there and get to the best highschool football programs get the coaches on board to to get some of their top athletes in.

Anyone have any experience with boxing wrist wraps? It's essientially what I'm doing with tape right now to hold my wrist in place to now separate but I'm tired of my arm hair getting waxed out everyday. So I'm looking for a pair of boxing wraps preferably on the more stable side and with a solid velcro or attachment piece to finish the wrap so I don't have to tuck it or tape it. Going to be using it for work and for rockclimbing so must be a material that doesn't make my hands sweat like a pig.

Any help even brand or something is appreciated as I know nothing about boxing

I received my Eleiko competition powerlifting bar today. Thursday I'll have my Texas Deadlift bar. I didn't take it in to the gym. My bar locks get here Thursday. So I'll take them in on Friday.

In a few days I will be ordering the Duffalo bar and Texas Squat bar. Thank you @rodger mentioning the Duffalo bar. I completely forgot about that and how it can be a great benefit on the shoulders and forearms.

I might wait around for the Duffalo bar unless you need to immediately. He runs sales on them like once a month

Elitefts has a sale on their bars now. Are you suggestion I get the Duffalo bar straight from Kabuki strength? I'll take that advice.

try this code in checkout on Kabuki strength and see if it comes out cheaper than EliteFTS
code; ABANDONEDCART10
should save you 10%. also check on shipping costs between the two.

Will do. I like the black oxide duffalo bar. I'll check it out and let you know.

Code no longer works. I can wait. I signed up for updates. So I'll get it when he has his next sale. I appreciate the help.

I have been buying lots of gear lifting gear lately. Wrist Wraps, Knee Wraps, squat briefs as sought of a reload every other week. I have taken a special interest in this Australian Company Harris Stability Systems. I have order lots of shit from them most knee and wrist wraps and I also got a wrap roller on the way for my mock meet. Not rolling knee wraps with my hands.

Well they sent me these figure 8 lifting straps. It was a little awkward at first but in my opinion are better than any lifting strap. I only use these for heavy Pendlay rows, Heavy Barbell Rows and heavy barbell shrugs. I don't use them for any deadlift movement.

Thats fair I use to just use 2x4s and nail them together but I don't have a workout partner anymore so the bench block is really convenient
Would setting up a bench in the squat rack safety bars set at a certain height be similar to the boards or bench blockz? I guess it would be a high pin press.
