Chromo?

An Amino Acid Assay has already been posted, how about Pharmacon comment on THOSE RESULTS first?
This is some analysis I do not know the details
And I'm sorry, I'm not competent in such matters (An Amino Acid Assay)
Frank said that he answer here right after he will receive "chromo" results

1) and what "test" is that?

2) I've no idea what your referring to, esp at such a short interval of 7-10 days.

IGF is a protein that requires TIME to manufacture and 7-10 days just isnt long enough at any GH dosage

At a low dose of 4(5)IUs, you can reach peak (saturation) IGF1 elevated levels in a short time span (<10 days)

You can elevate IGF1 levels greatly in as little as a day by "front loading" or "spiking" the dose

Yes, I agree, it takes time to elevate IGF1 levels to a stable level.....but not for a low dose of 4(5)IUs

Oh I see. Franks so concerned about the credibility of Pharmatropin he sends a messengers who "knows not of these things"!

Right!

That's to be expected, LMAO!

And what evidence do you have to support this IGF "saturation" phenomenon?

What you're suggesting is contrary to every medical protocol using IGF as a biological marker of GH efficacy, the waiting interval IS 4-6 weeks or LONGER!

And in such "situations" the GH quality becomes HIGHLY SUSPECT!
And what evidence do you have to support this saturation phenomenon?
Its from a very old Norditropin Study done in Japan (I'd have to put some effort to find it)....Norditropin Distributor confirmed it

After doing my own blood work and "mimicked" the study.....I realized the "Normal GH Testing Protocol Blood Work" was flawed. Well, more misleading with the High GH Serums relating to "overdosed" or "quality"

Sorry the experience of ONE qualifies as an anecdote rather then evidence, let's see the Norditropin DATA.

No one has sent me to this thread
I just wanted to say that we know the results of those tests. And Frank will respond

And personally for me: what is the name of the LAB which did this test ? I don't see any marks on these blanks. What is the storage condition of samples before test (may be too high/cold temperature before/during test, may be samples stored few monthes before tests on the beach and so on) ? Can the "storage conditions" did affect on the result ?
I am not want to refute the results, just a logical questions from my point of view

I knew this would be the pcom angle. Just like they questioned how @Comfortable and I stored our gh prior to having serum results of 0.

As TP said, I think gh is much more resilient than we think.

This is just one example Jim.....I've got lots of labs where I've manipulated my IGF1 quickly

I got others to start doing a similar protocol including some sources who were using mainly GH Serums

As you can see here....10 days wasn't even needed to double my baseline

Yea another STUDY OF ONE SAMPLE, they mean NOTHING on this thread and they do for YOU also.

I asked for the Norditropin STUDY and you post "bloods" as a substitute.

Good luck

I'm not wasting my time answering such lame questions posed by some Pharmacon Noob who
"don't know about such things".

Adios

tal

Indeed it is! And one can be assured
bc many users end up spending a lot of money for their GH the overwhelming majority are much more concerned about environmental degradation than are the majority of UGLs IMO.

Next up this clown will ask for "transportation" vial temp records.

I've seen all this crap asked before as it allows UGLs to distract users and circumvent answering THE REAL QUESTION; hey dude why did Pharmatropin contain only HALF of what's listed on the label?

I just read something like this in other threads/forums - that GH is very "sensitive" in case of temperature/physical impacts/lifetime in solution. But I didn't see any evidences, just words, that's why I asked "Can the "storage conditions" did affect on the result ?"
But ok, I got your point

"they mean NOTHING on this thread and they do for YOU also."

What does that mean?

Like I mentioned...it's an old study from 1999. I can't find the entire read for you, but here's a small summery:

Pharmacokinetics and Metabolic Effects of High-Dose Growth Hormone Administration in Healthy Adult Men.

"Pharmacokinetics and Metabolic Effects of High-Dose Growth Hormone Administration in Healthy Adult Men", Toshiaki Tanaka, et al., Endocrine Journal 1999, 46 (4), 605-612, where fifteen healthy normal Japanese adult males aged from 20 to 27 years were administered various doses of recombinant GH (Norditropin) we find that:

.
075iu/kg (7.5iu in a 100kg man) generated about 300ng/ml by the end of the day.

.15iu/kg (15iu in a 100kg man) generated about 380ng/ml by the end of the day.

.30iu/kg (30iu in a 100kg man) generated about 420ng/ml by the end of the day.

.30iu/kg "IGF1 concentrations almost reached a plateau at a high level four days after the start of administration"

Now that's evidence :) I'll download and review the entire study.

While the above is my second priority, posting a couple more samples for Meso members to review is this threads primary objective.

Hey Dr J can you include information about the origin, manufacturer or "lot numbers", etc, this time around? NOPE!

SAMPLE # 15
