Well hope you two come to a favorable conclusion to this situation.
I recall the way back days when folks word actually ment something. Yes, even back then there was the odd person that couldn't be trusted, but they became known rather quickly. Nowadays it seems like opportunistic folks are more plentiful. Well there's always at least two sides to any conflict resolution so hopefully the two of you can open a dialog and work this out.

I look at it this way , in this market there has to be trust on both sides , you have the rep that has the product and the buyer that has the dough. They both have risk involved, buyer sends the dough and hopes he gets the product, the rep sends the product and hopes he dough , if there’s no trust between the two it doesn’t work.
Do I expect the rep to send out a product before they get the dough? No , but if the rep chooses to do so it shows trust and that goes along way in this business.
These guys are great to deal with and I have no worries what so ever when dealing with them , it’s sad to see someone burning them. I guess they don’t realize what they will lose out on by screwing a quality source .
I hope it’s just a mis understanding and it works out , if not burn the buyer to the ground

I'm away for a couple of days and this happens. 
Case and point right here. People who buy from you arent your buddies. Even though 99% of the people here are good business is business. Money first product after. Bottom line. Labs that are here for the long run will have outstanding customer service. Bottom line
So take the hit and learn the lesson. Its only a couple hundred bucks retail you lost, could have been way worse! Dont front again.
