GH Log Long-Term with DEXA and Bloodwork

Ya man, the wrist and ankle thing is not comfortable for some movements but I can tolerate, even on higher doses. But my knee has always given me problems and squats are too important to me to sacrifice mobility

I've been running them at 4iu ED split am/pm also, but recon as 15iu. CTS sides just about all but gone after a little over two weeks. Strangest thing tho is my left eyelid has started twitching. Comes n goes thru the day in like spurts. Not like a blinking twitch more like a muscle spasm in my upper eyelid...if that makes sense

That's interesting that you say that.. my left knee hasn't felt right for a bit, which has fucked up my squats.. I keep thinking it's a mobility issue, that I just let tendons get too tight... I didn't really think about it, but I wonder if I have something similar going on...

It totally could just be mobility or form issue, but I was able to correct my squat almost 2 years ago so pain was non-existent or at most minimal. And now it hurts pretty bad. So hopefully it will help correct the problem

Had about 5 days off and back at it tomorrow

This is awesome that you are doing this. This is exactly the type of info I was looking for. I like how you are throwning pharma in there. This could be very informative. Thank you.

Update: 220 lbs

Down 12 pounds from DEXA on 7/25 (3 weeks ago). That's a fuckton and not intended but I'm going to keep rolling with everything for this little experiment and see what LBM is on next scan.

Haven't trained legs properly in almost 2 weeks and won't until next Monday, due to knee issue.

Also I have an abdominal hernia that needs surgery. Had something wrong for a bit but doc said I was fine, butttt too many issues and have to have surgery mid September.

Continuing 4iu of GH (split twice per day), dropped T4 altogether and still feel great. On 150mg of Test E per week and 100mg of Deca per week for joints.

Next DEXA I bumped up to mid September just before surgery to see some results since recovery from surgery is going to fuck up my training and goals... it will put me out of lifting for roughly 2 months from what I'm told.

I'm going to stop GH one week prior to surgery and begin again about 3 weeks after, so take a month off and then resume. So the following scan along with very detailed bloods with lipids, CMP, thyroid, and hormone panel will probably be right around January... that way I'll have 2 months back training before next scan.

Edit: strength is growing slowly so while I may be losing LBM, strength is still there

That shit sucks...I had hernia surgery almost a year ago exactly. Was out of work for like a month and took about 5 months for FULL recovery, had some residual pain that had me scared they fucked up my surgery. Hopefully the GH will help speed up the healing process. Being out of the gym for that long really set me back big time. Thankfully I didn't get fat but ended up losing a lot of size/weight. Wish u all the best n for a full n speedy recovery.

WTF?!? It took that long??????

Yeah it was a real bitch. However because of the location they couldn't do laparoscopic surgery so had to do open surgery...left like a 3-4 inch scar just above my junk. Do u know what way urs is being performed?

Not yet. We're going to talk more about it at beginning of September at pre-op

Don't get alarmed.

Hernias can take as little as 3 weeks to fully heal... or a year.

Depends on too many factors.

If you are comfortable sharing details, I might give you some insight, but for hernias I've been nothing but observer as of now.

For sure Jano, what kind of details you need? It's an umbilical hernia if that helps

Are you using any AAS or only the GH?
Just cruising at the moment and have been since starting this log

helps! those are definitely the ones causing the least trouble.

unless it's terribly big or somehow complicated you are looking at a very minor procedure and extremely short "out" time

the surgery itself tends to be a breeze as well, I'd guess half an hour tops - but again, depends on your individual case

Good to know... he said he may not be able to do it laparoscopically but we would discuss at pre-op on September 6th so I guess I'll know more then. That's as far as I know in terms of how "big" it may be or how serious I guess. But he also said recovery time will be less than most of his patients with similar issues because I'm in good shape

My boy said his dick grew a little longer on HGH after taking it for 6 months any feedback?
My penis has grown from 1.5" to a whopping 1.75" in length. 17% increase ain't bad in such a short period of time

Prove it!

I was in good shape too. But being older now I definitely don't heal as fast as I used to. Had my first hernia operation on the opposite side when I was like 13 n was up running around the next day. I guess I was kind of expecting the 2nd one to heal just as quick but 20 years later body didn't bounce back so fast. Don't want to scare u just be realistic in ur expectations. Surgeon told me I could be in pain for up to a year. Make sure u ask about if they will be using that mesh to repair it. There have been some recalls on a few of them.

I am going to add in a kit of serostim in the middle at 4.5iu per day (split twice per day) for the sake of bloods and comparison, but other than that I'll stick with the tried and true for me... Black Tops.

I'm not sure how long I'll run it. Probably till beginning of December, so 6 months with another DXA scan in 3 months and one in January. Then some bloodwork on lipids and everything around that time too, cause I want to see how everything comes around. Then I'll reassess and see from there

Gh really helps my lipid profile, I'll be curious to see your findings

Ya no worries man. Surgeon said feeling the area would definitely be strange for up to a year or could be more. I'm not too worried... there is really nothing I can do about it at this point, ya know?

I think this is honestly what I'm most interested to find out. So little out there on it, in these kinds of doses. I'll post my pre-op bloods up here when I get them drawn. Not really sure if lipids would be included in those though
