Well, it depends on your goals. If you’re wanting to preserve as much muscle as you can, then yeah, eat a high protein diet. If you just want to lose as much weight as possible, the larger deficit you run, the more you’ll lose, so fasting will definitely work. If your goal is to build sustainable eating habits that will extend beyond your weight loss, eat a well-balanced diet, hitting all your macros as best as you can in a slight caloric deficit.I've been using the QSC 4mg kit, and at 1mg per week, I've experienced appetite suppression and feeling unwell after small meals. I'm contemplating fasting due to a lack of hunger, but there's conflicting advice – some suggest a high-protein diet. Any insights?
Yeah I understand. I can’t eat much in one setting but if I spread it out throughout the 8 hr window. I can still get two meals in if I eat right at the beginning of the 8 hr window and then again a few hrs later. Maybe try that or just play around with it and see what works for you but a 16:8 seems to work well for me.I was thinking this as well but I can’t eat large enough meals and when I do I don’t feel well. So far sushi and a few cans of sardines has been better for me spaced out through the day.
I say this while yesterday I went out for lobster, shrimp and oysters. I am still full from that but you get the point, seems like if the food isn’t delicious I can’t eat a lot of it.
Yes I am t2d but I’ve taken breaks from it myself just to let my body have a chance to recuperate from cutting. This also allows your body to reset and when you start back up you start back over at lower doses and titrate up again saving you money and a chance to be at maintenance for a little while. I’ve never been above 7.5mg weekly on tirz and in the clinical studies 10mg was the optimal weight loss dose so I could’ve maybe seen more weight loss than I did possibly. I split my dose and take half dose 2 times a week. When I started I was at the heaviest I’d ever been in my life at 305 lbs at 6’3”. I’m currently a lean 215 after 16 months total time but I’ve only been on tirz for 9 months off and on.How much more fat do you guys need to lose? It seems like some of you have been on these drugs for several months already? Are you guys diabetics?
Great job man, I hope you are able to stabilize your new weight and maintain your body composition while you wean out of GLP-1 compounds unless you need them medically.Yes I am t2d but I’ve taken breaks from it myself just to let my body have a chance to recuperate from cutting. The way these work I hope to Eventually be able to stop taking it as it is supposed to be ableGreat job man, I hope you are able to stabilize your new weight and maintain your body composition while you wean out of GLP-1 compounds unless you need them medically.
It is easier to stay lean if you have more muscle mass, it might help you if you put on more muscle too.
5-6 days a week at 315 has gotta be brutal. Respect bro.hitting the gym 5-6 days a week for last 2 years. The total body recomp has been pretty amazing.
Yeah even less Sema than that gave me stomach aches, no reason to use it for cutting when Tirz is cheap and gives me no sidesJust got some of GL’s sema in the other day to help curb some raging appetite I’ve been experiencing. Started at .25mg/wk
It came in while I was on call at work aka tired and sleep deprived.went to take my daily dose of HGH and pinned sema.
Can’t wait for this shit to wear off. Needless to say I won’t be making this mistake again.
Wife and i have the same issue - no issue with TirzJust got some of GL’s sema in the other day to help curb some raging appetite I’ve been experiencing. Started at .25mg/wk

Thought I’d share my Mounjaro journey.
4 months between the pictures. Also was on test+tren during this time.
Diet consisted of ribeye steak and eggs for breakfast and multiple blended chicken breast shakes through the day. Almost 0 carb diet.
Blended chicken breast is not bad at all man, I prefer it over most protein shakes it almost tastes like a plain chicken soup. It's really easy to drink and doesn't sit heavy on ur stomach.First of all, great job, you look completely different.
Second, and serious question, what exactly is a blended chicken breast shake? I hope it's not what it sounds like but if so, that's wicked dedication and I'd be curioubto know your recipe so you could get it down the hatch

It's very technical. Step 1 add plain cooked chicken breast to blender, step 2 add plain water, step 3 hit blend haha not supposed to be fancyWhats your recipe to make it like plain chicken soup? How much water, chicken, spices etc
