Was just discussing this with another horse owner yesterday. They are using BPC to treat ulcers, which is significantly less expensive and has fewer side effects than the only ulcer medication, and it seems to be working well. We got to talking about GLP’s for horses who are insulin resistant. Fascinating stuff.
Well, that’s fucking wild.Worth reading through:
WARNING: AVOID AMINOS RESEARCH AT ALL COSTS!!! DANGER!!!
So the nut job that runs AR just tried peddling a "new" peptide he claims to have invented. No papers published, no peer reviews, no rodent testing, no FDA filings, just "hey I invented this new GLP-1/GIP peptide and you should shoot yourself up with it!". This kind of dangerous behavior is...glp1forum.com
Thanks for the reply @Ghoul (about reconstituted lifespan). In the quoted thread you mentionBy the time the peptide gets to you, the 99% could be 94% and the 97% could still be 97%, so don't concern yourself too much with that. 96% or above imo is fine.
Pharma reconstituted GLPs (pens) last for two years under refrigeration. That's under perfect conditions you cannot replicate.
User reconstituted pharma proteins in multi dose containers, using the specific BAC they supply, are universally instructed to be discarded after 28 days.
No one can say for certain how long before a UGL peptide degrades. On top of all the variables, each batch will vary in stability as well.
What...
Is this based on a wide range of peptides (including GLP1's) or more specific? All of that said, 7-8 weeks is rarely a problem,

In a recent post @QSC had a test that showed hCG degrading by around 25% in a couple of months, do we think this is an isolated occurrence?
Thanks for the quick reply, Id read about GLP1s but not looked hard at them but reading your posts has started me reading up and Ive just started sema, (which is long hand for expect a shit loads of questions!)
Same on the sema. The only advice I would give is fiber is your friend. The constipation is real! lolThanks for the quick reply, Id read about GLP1s but not looked hard at them but reading your posts has started me reading up and Ive just started sema, (which is long hand for expect a shit loads of questions!)

Ya, I read your post about starting Metamucil beforehand after I already started. lol. Now I drink 2 scoops in the morning and two scoops in the evening, along with popping a tab with each of my wife's leftover constipation medicine from when she was on pain killers. They should include a pack of Metamucil with every GLP.
So much misery would be avoided with a daily glass of that orange drink, starting a few days before the first dose.

I start week 5 this Sunday and its getting better but I don't want to up the dose from 0.5mg. It hasn't really given me to much appetite suppression, but the mental and glucose control has been amazing. Went from a 100 fasting glucose to a 80 in 3 weeks.
Heed this warning, I made this mistake with Reta and ended up with a weekend on the toilet... Did lose 3kg that week... unintentionally. No need to increase until you're ready. The bigger mistake is not giving enough time after an increase to allow the full strength of a dose to manifest before titrating to the next level. 2 weeks is really the minimum to know how a higher dose is going to affect you.

My experience wasn't even a huge jump. I went from 2mg to 3mg per week but I was only on 2mg for one week instead of four. But yes lesson learned, immodium and ondansetron always on hand now. I legitimately could not believe how much came out of me haha.I was caught off guard by this even at week 4 of 15mg Tirz. Thought I knew what to expect, and 2 days after that shot ended eating a little too much and had a really rough night.
Reminds me, not a bad idea to have immodium on hand (India pharma is super cheap, excellent quality if you happen to be buying from them).

We survived and learned a very important lesson, these peptides are no joke. Been telling everyone to make sure they take things slow, but human nature being what it is, everyone wants results NOW, and they get the express trip to the toilet.I figured it would quickly pass, instead dehydrated myself to the point of nearly passing out. Had no idea that could happen!

"It's been 2 days and I haven't lost anything. What should I add to my stack?" Dear lord."I'm going to start with this daily dosed super GLP stack I saw online!"
Ive noticed somethjng recently, Im on 20MG and I dont get the gastric slowing.I was caught off guard by this even at week 4 of 15mg Tirz. Thought I knew what to expect, and 2 days after that shot ended eating a little too much and had a really rough night.
