Giant Semaglutide Thread (and other GLP-1 / GIP agonists)

View attachment 300320

Won't help domesticated dogs lose weight apparently, but would work on cats.
Was just discussing this with another horse owner yesterday. They are using BPC to treat ulcers, which is significantly less expensive and has fewer side effects than the only ulcer medication, and it seems to be working well. We got to talking about GLP’s for horses who are insulin resistant. Fascinating stuff.

Planning on running the following stack:

1-2mg Retra per week
500mg Metformin: 250mg morning and evening
1mg Mots-C daily
50mg 5amino1mq morning and evening (total 100mg)
600mg Carnitine with the preworkout meal/once daily
10mg Cardarine

Has anyone combined similar components or even used things like Ipamorelin at the same time with retra?

Thanks for the reply @Ghoul (about reconstituted lifespan). In the quoted thread you mention

All of that said, 7-8 weeks is rarely a problem,
Is this based on a wide range of peptides (including GLP1's) or more specific?
In a recent post @QSC had a test that showed hCG degrading by around 25% in a couple of months, do we think this is an isolated occurrence?

Honestly there's so much variation it's impossible to know with any kind of certainty. Basically smaller amounts that can be used faster minimize this problem.

Some peptides would be fine, reconstituted, for a month, at room temperature, others would lose 50% in a day.

Not only are some peptides "fragile", but the other ingredients, the excipients, can include preservatives that prevent degradation.

Some growth hormone formulations have preservatives that allow them to be left at room temp for a month without significant degradation, others, without preservatives, (most ugl), reconstituted in water without benzyl alcohol, cannot be used after 24 hours.

This is about managing unknown risk. The sooner the entire vial is used after reconstitution the better.

This is "bro science", but I've noticed some peptides cause more pip as they age. Refiltering seems to reduce that problem.

Thanks for the quick reply, Id read about GLP1s but not looked hard at them but reading your posts has started me reading up and Ive just started sema, (which is long hand for expect a shit loads of questions!)

Haha, no problem. It's certainly the most cost effective, long term, by far.. Stick to the conventional program, learn to minimize the risk of sides and deal with those that appear, and you'll reach the "maintainance dose" promised land of no sides and sustained weight loss in no time.

They should include a pack of Metamucil with every GLP.

So much misery would be avoided with a daily glass of that orange drink, starting a few days before the first dose.
Ya, I read your post about starting Metamucil beforehand after I already started. lol. Now I drink 2 scoops in the morning and two scoops in the evening, along with popping a tab with each of my wife's leftover constipation medicine from when she was on pain killers.

I start week 5 this Sunday and its getting better but I don't want to up the dose from 0.5mg. It hasn't really given me to much appetite suppression, but the mental and glucose control has been amazing. Went from a 100 fasting glucose to a 80 in 3 weeks.

No need to increase until you're ready. The bigger mistake is not giving enough time after an increase to allow the full strength of a dose to manifest before titrating to the next level. 2 weeks is really the minimum to know how a higher dose is going to affect you.

Heed this warning, I made this mistake with Reta and ended up with a weekend on the toilet... Did lose 3kg that week... unintentionally.

I was caught off guard by this even at week 4 of 15mg Tirz. Thought I knew what to expect, and 2 days after that shot ended eating a little too much and had a really rough night.

Reminds me, not a bad idea to have immodium on hand (India pharma is super cheap, excellent quality if you happen to be buying from them).

My experience wasn't even a huge jump. I went from 2mg to 3mg per week but I was only on 2mg for one week instead of four. But yes lesson learned, immodium and ondansetron always on hand now. I legitimately could not believe how much came out of me haha.

I figured it would quickly pass, instead dehydrated myself to the point of nearly passing out. Had no idea that could happen!

We survived and learned a very important lesson, these peptides are no joke. Been telling everyone to make sure they take things slow, but human nature being what it is, everyone wants results NOW, and they get the express trip to the toilet.

"I'm going to start with this daily dosed super GLP stack I saw online!"
