It was referred to pcos because can give hirsutism as a sideffect.
My gf has that trail, you can't almost not see it unless you are intimate with her, I was just curious because she doesn't have many hairs in general but she does have some in not so common places.

And yes darker then usual, especially because she has brown hair and not dark skin but the hairs are darker.

I'm Mediterranean, so I have darker hair in general but none on my chest or belly, except for a 'happy trail' as Americans refer to it - a fine line of hair from public area to belly button.
