Give me your digits

I still like you for your brain.... but STRAPS? masturbate more- I have an iron grip thanks to pornhub
I severed my fds (flexor digitalis superficialis) in my left pinky. Two surgeries. Anything above 200 lbs I need a strap on the left hand. The right I can manage without, thanks to my prolific collection of pregnant midget porn.

Pregnant midgets make you bust too? DID WE JUST BECOME BEST FRIENDS??!??!?!??

I feel for all of us tall guys. A lot harder for us to lift heavy. My arm span is 77". Got them long ape arms. I prefer to stay Around the 8 rep range for my lowest reps.

Flat bench is 315x7
Incline-120# DB x 8
Squat 365x8
Leg press 970x6 (just hit this today actually)
Deads 475x5
Bent over row 255 x 7
Military 105#DB x 6 such a bitch getting them up there but I tore my rotator cuff years ago and noticed it doesn't bother me as much with DB.

Everything listed except deads have been hit within the last month on my current cycle. Hit the dead PR over winter. Then hurt my back off cycle and have been taking it slow with DL.

its a gift and a curse. im 6-3 with a 6-8 wingspan, great for dunking on kids and in fights, not so good for pushing exercises

im all about maintaining functionality too..gotta be able to run and change direction otherwise the gains arent worth it to me. this is my first cycle so im eager to see those numbers go up.

My stats outta make you feel much better:

5'7
160lbs
2 years lifting.
(these are my 1RM)
Squats: 280X1, 230X6
Deads: 245X1, 185X8
Curls: 50X1, 45X6
Bent Over BB Row: 200X1, 185X6
Bench press: 160X1, 145X6 (God my chest is fucking weak. Most of you guys warm up with that shit)
Shoulder press: 110X1, 100X6

That should make you guys all feel like the lifting gods you are :)

I haven't done 1 RM in a while, I can share today's leg routine though. Today was uptempo for muscle shock, 15-20 second rest between sets. Also did ab routine first, which in hind sight, made my energy at the end abysmal.

13 sets various ab exercises 25 for first 5 sets (per set), 20 for last 8 sets (per set). 285 ab total.

8 sets, 8 reps 380 squats
4 sets, 6 reps 150 lower back machine
4 sets, 6-8 reps 270 leg press
5 sets, 20 reps 50 leg extension
5 sets, 20 reps 40 lying hamstring
10 sets, 10 reps, 140 seated calf raises

Normally, I would of also done lunges and hip abduction, but the low rest and abs tanked my energy.

At least you had the ballz to say your real numbers man. No shame in your game..

Yeah for real @SmallsMalone no shame in that game at all! Just keep pushing yourself and progressing every workout.
This older guy(who just goes by OG) came up to me the other day at the gym while I was doing leg presses and asked me how many I could do with that weight. I told him around 8-10 and he told me to throw another 30lbs on and do 8. I told him I didn't think I'd be able to do out and he said "you just sold yourself short by saying that. Now put the weight on there and tell yourself that you WILL get it for 8 reps and I bet you will be able to" I managed to get 6 but he just looked at me and said "I told you so. It all starts up here in your head. Once you psych yourself out of it you're never going to be able to do it" some of the best advice I've received. Think it goes right along with muscle mind connection.

@4leafclover care to share what all that ab routine entails?

Sure thing!

5 sets, 25 reps, 20 lbs seated ab crunch machine (the one that engages lower abs, that you use your feet with)
4 sets, 20 reps, 10 lbs laying crunch machine
4 sets, 20 reps, 60 lbs cable crunches

I actually do a bit more for the last two exercises. I go for each set to burn the muscle group, sometimes I make 20, sometimes I make 23. But I won't go under 20. But I find 25 to intense for the last two sets, it would require rest (1 second pause), and the way I workout I am not a fan of pausing. I feel like I lose too much of the pump. Some people's bodies don't lose the pump, and they can pause mid set. I'm not one of those people, full intensity and slow reps are what work for me.

When I was boxing, I never wanted to get big, there is nothing wrong with being 160 (as long as you are comfortable at that weight).

My chest is also my weak point (along with my calves). I've put a lot of work into my chest this year to really help fill it out, it will probably be another year before I get it to where I want it to be.

Your bent over BB row is impressive for your size! I don't think I go that high (185) in my sets! I will see, I switch to BB rows in a week or so, I'll see what I do then.

Ook won't detail injury but just know I'm fucked up

5'9" 25yr old 200lbs 14-15%
(Female) ;)

Raws:
Flat bench 265x1 >> may never go higher
Squat 285X1 >> 350 by new yrs
DL 315x4 >> may just stay here and go for reps

If I thought I could safely do it, my goals would be 300,400,500... Trying to break 1000 by new yrs. pretty close. Strength has never been, and will never be my best asset, but this is a battle between me, myself and I. This is a personal sport. I don't compete against anyone else. I would enjoy being stronger than 98% of the population tho :D

Thanks guys, I appreciate the positive comments. Seems like my lats and middle back are my strongest feature, with legs coming in close second. I'll keep pushing and keep growing.
So, my bent over BB row was 8 sets, 8x 125 this week, so you def got me there! Prob could have gone a little higher since I do wide grip chin ups before I do anything else, but still not as high as you went.

Ok just recently got back to going heavy and trying to get back to where I was when I was 30 going to be a long road. Been lifting light and honestly don't know my numbers.

When I was 30 my numbers were

Bench: 395 never reached 400
Squat: 465
Deadlift: 555 x 2

Getting back to those weights may never happen but I'm sure going to try.

Everyone on here are pretty impressive. Keep up the good work brothers.

Bench 500

Wow you guys are very impressive don't even know now I haven't done nothing since my shoulder injury couple month ago last year was
