I was taking 1500 mg/day which is a high dose but at the time I decided to start running it, I haven’t seen my RBC, hematocrit or hemoglobin in range in about 10 years in spite of donating blood every 8th week. I was pretty frustrated with those metrics to say least.

I’m going to let my iron return to normal and try 500 mg/day and retest. I’ve read that you do have to watch ferritin levels with this supplement so make sure to get your blood work. Ferritin bloods are pretty cheap on private md.

If you wish to make an Oxandralone oral suspension why not buy raw material? Using the raws is much easier than trying to sort out the complicated situation you currently are. It's a good amount of trouble to make accurately dosed capsules and that's what you paid for. Why would you want to reverse it when buying raw is so much cheaper and easier?
