I would probably do 3x per week at least, due to the half life of hCG, M/W/F 350iu. Ideally EOD @ 250iu.

Mg of powder or mg of hCG?

For the latter, it's kinda confusing. Maybe roughly 10 IU/mg according to this source (not counting additives). So 2500 IU = 250 mg hCG.

Personal preference, which obviously varies. I'm usually taking 1000iu p/w year round.

Trough bloodwork on GL's test 120mg/week. @GoodLyfe @Shivathedestroyer looks like you were right, blood level multipliers aren't linear to dosage.

8 weeks on 500mg of GL Test E, Split into two injections a week and test taken 2 days since last pin. All is good except AST slightly elevated I think probably do to kickstarting with anavar.
