New batch available. All others sold out. Near perfect 12iu per vial (120iu kit) and great purity despite transiting in hottest time of the year. Very happy with these results.

As an aside, it is now my understanding that some testing methodology or standards have changed with @janoshik leading to an increase in dimer detection in HGH testing. I believe that a number of vendors who offer HGH may have seen the same, but likely are not sharing their reports due to fear of being perceived as having a bad product. This change seems to have occurred some time around early-mid April, and does not necessarily reflect a change in quality of generic HGH.

Many may recall when Jano changed testing methods in 2021 and purity results dropped across the board, I believe this is a similar shift. I am hearing from peers that they are seeing dimer results on average from 0.6%-1.5%. It is my belief that lower is likely still better, but until pharmaceutical grade preparations such as Genotropin or Serostim are retested for dimer it is difficult to say what the new standard is. If anyone has submitted any FDA pharmaceutical grade samples recently, please post the reports up!

I think cintropin is the only one that popped at all for dimmer. 1.5% dimmer is VERY high and from info from jano certainly would be enough for side effects. think there is some resent pharma posted on jano site, but could be wrong.

QSC still has non detected post April testing, same with opti. QSC will be dropping new test of cartridges shortly so will be interesting if further tweaking over last month or so has made dimmer more detectable..

that being said GGC obv some of the most tested and most transparent UGL HGH. not sure why only 1 dimmer level is given and not 3 separate levels ie 1 per sample or state its an average over 3 samples etc(not just GG but how its done on other UGL aswell) . possibly just what is ordered due to price. when u see 1 vile tested never know if they got 3-4 tested and just cherry pick best result

Can you please link the test report you're referring to regarding the Cintropin with dimer? And the non-detected dimer that you've seen post April would be helpful too. It's important to note that dimer isn't included in HGH testing by default, it's an additional ask.

The reason you only see 1 vial tested for dimer is because Jano doesn't typically allow multi-dimer tests for HGH. It takes him more time and historically if it's been zero on one sample it's been zero across the rest, I believe. When I first started here I did 10-vial samples but he politely limited me moving forward, and 3 is probably a plenty good sampling for variance purposes.

All this to say you are incorrect about people cherry picking the best result, Jano wouldn't allow people to choose the 'best' dimer result and put that on the report. The only way for someone to do something like that would be to order multiple individual tests on multiple samples, receive multiple reports, and then share the report they thought was best.

If you wouldn't mind sharing the 'no dimer detected' tests from post-April onwards that would be helpful! PM is fine if you're not trying to make a scene. It's been hard to nail down but I believe that the standard became effective late April but definitely by May.

Last test I found from QSC was March 2023 that had no dimer. I just did a quick search, not too in-depth. Like ClearHeaded said, they just sent off a cartridge so it’ll be interesting to see the results of that.

Opti last posted a lab in March 2023 as well for his grays. No dimer detected.

I would agree that dimer has been coming up recently in a few recent labs. Pharmaqo is a good example, his last batch of Qtropin contain dimer. If I recall his previous batches didn’t.

sorry GGC I meant more cherry picking when we see 1 vile testing vs your 3 vile testing. ie cherry pick highest purity % or mg.

my understanding the change in testing was late 2022 not again in April 2023 but could be wrong. could of been another change aswell I dunno.

I forget who had the cintropin test but was a vendor around here iirc

We've changed the column for a better one on 28th of February 2023 and that seems to have something to do with it, but the old column not being on the market anymore (and ours being dead) it's not possible to find out.

But yeah, last couple months the average dimer test seems to yield about 1.5%.

I think you fundamentally misunderstand the subject we are discussing. There was no change to dimer detection in 2022, I am not sure what you're referring to. The pharma tests you are linking above are nice to have but not relevant to the current discussion of increased dimer detection from, when I thought was roughly April-forward, but @janoshik is noting would have been upgraded end of February.

As Jano notes the new 'average' for dimer content appears to be around 1.5%, however these tests are primarily going to be biased towards generics, so I am hoping we may see more tests posted publicly of FDA Pharmacy brands tested from May/June/July, as then we could more fairly compare dimer figures between pharma and generic using the new standard of testing.

yup figured it was sooner(in late 2022) but just since feb not April. they would be relevant had the change came in late 2022 ;)

I think I was thinking about the purity test change, which I think happened earlier however I could also be wrong about that.

at any rate I agree would be nice to see a couple pharma tests and a couple generic in the same run (not sure if he has a set up like a Millipore to run 18 or more at a time, well in sequence at least), particularly if u intermix with standard and pharma with generic and can see any drift and ultimate accuracy. although sounds like that wouldn't even matter for dimmer as a separate system.

perhaps cracked the code with sides, as dimmer went from nil or dam near to .6-1.5% which is a big difference. which I think is pretty obvious the reason we want to see what geno s test at with the new post feb dimmer column.

good work jano on pushing things and not just keeping status quo!

Would like to place an order. Have I been messaging the wrong person?

Good morning,

I see you've been messaging via Meso. I apologize, I don't monitor those PMs day to day.

This week we have run out of stock of all kits so we are waiting on a replenishment. Unfortunately lots of seizures as of late. Hope to provide you with an update soon.

Cheers

Just to add to this thread...I have ordered from this seller multiple times in the past and was always happy. Everything checked out. That is just my experience. It was never "bunk" for those of you who are curious...Well, the batches I had purchased from anyhow.

Yeah I tried some of his GH and it was excellent , I pulled 499 IGF1 on 3.5 IU no water retention either.

To bad about the seizures !

We can't cry too much about the seizures. That's part of the service we offer, bearing the risk of bringing this product in and testing every batch so our buyers can have complete confidence. If it wasn't for the seizure rates there may not be a need for us!

Just grabbed a few kits. Have yet to try it but communication & shipping could not have been better! I'll post a follow up again in about a month after I run it.

Yah, but you’re a hGh-whore, so you’d say anything for that goodness.

Ah, just kidding. Love the play on the name, so had to play along.
