I just make sure to deadlift EARLY on a Monday or something... same as you 4amish.
That's my only earthquake workout, I'm pretty respectful and quiet.
Things that annoy me?
1) Curling in the rack area......
GTFO, I will go full sideways, the guys that do this are typically small bitches... there are never enough squat racks for sqautting, let alone some fuck doing curls.
2) Weight hoarders
This guy had like 6 sets of DBs around him.... apparently he was using them?
Fuck you, I'm taking what I need... silently... while making eye contact for my entire set.
3)Chilling on the Quad extension between sets.
Buddy, I just need to squeeze in... we can share!
