Height vs arm size

Fuck you monsters are kicking my body dysmorphia into overdrive.

5'10 200-210lb (on a weird cut) 16.5 flexed cold. I have decent triceps but shit biceps, so i dont gain much circumference. With a wicked tricep pump(test and sodium pre workout baby) they go up to 18+" flexed. With a similar bicep pump only adds 1/2"

I gotta do something about that. Makes me look tiny with clothes on. But then again I get the shocking reveal moment of being shirtless and totally transforming.

This just came up on my alerts and I just measured my arms yesterday.

After a kick ass back/bi workout. Full pump = 19" arms.

Preacher curls are your friend. Full range of motion with slow reps and none of that bullshit shoulder work to get up the weight. Leave the ego at the door and rep 'em out!!!

That's massive brother! 20's are on a totally different level! Not many can reach that size. [emoji123]

Impressive, but remember, he's almost 270lbs !!!

There's some dusty "rule" I read about that says 1 inch in arm size increase requires 10lb weight increase. Be that as it may, hard to compare a regular size guy to a 270lb beast. Props for the effort to get to that size of course.

But....he's also 6'3. Much harder to get 20" on a long arm.

I've always had big arms. They just grew easy. When on gear they've been 21". You guys can say I'm full of shit but on gear I could incline DB curl 110's for 6-8 reps. Chest was always a struggle. Never benched over 365.

My 2 cents... That's not full of anything. I can curl 80lbs for reps if I hit that exercise first. 60 more pounds of muscle and 30lbs per dumbbell makes very good sense to me.
