Height vs arm size

Wow... 5"11 16" cold 17.2" pumped.
I have the smallest arms here

Hell no, I'm way smaller, I'm only 15.5"

I'm 6' even, 73" span, at 210lbs and 13% BF.

But I don't work arms directly. My goals were to fix a bad back, done through a strong core, and arms would be whatever they became.

And I've had bad tendonitis in both arms so haven't been able to do any bicep work at all. Recently healed thanks to several PRP injections, maybe 2017 should see some growth.

Currently cutting, and focusing on good symmetry.
Arms 17 6/8 bitches were a tad over 18
Neck 19
Calves 19
Can see my bottom abs but I'm afraid to measure my waist

After last cycle which I concentrated on light weight and high reps (15-20 range) I was able to get my arms to 16'' on a cold flex and I'm 5'7''. I worked out arms 3 times a week with isolation sets and every other day with compound movements doing back and chest. All in all I worked my arms almost every day to some degree. Heavy weights on back and chest day and low weight and high reps on isolation days. I also concentrated on the long head of the tricep and the brachialis of the bicep; that really seemed to give my arms the height they lacked. Another exercise that really helped with the peak of the bicep was the drag curl. I did 12-15 reps holding at the top and I incorporated this movement in all the isolation days. With the tricep the one that really helped with the long head was the underhand tricep extension making sure to keep my pinky and palm as tight as possible against the bar. Anyway thought I'd share.

5'5" 16" flexed no pump but I haven't been on gear for 5 years and I usually skip bicep and Triceps so I'll update this come July haha

Weren't yours 19 at one point
While still keeping a low BF
Yea, bodyfat could have been lower but it was a good balance between size to definition. It's tough to keep that arm size when dieting , seems like the arms and quads are the first places to wanna go
