Height vs arm size

The first pick is me sittin roun the house flexin in the mirror on cruise. Jus took the first pic a few days ago. Yep im jus a lil conceded lol, but damn it ive worked my ass off for my concededness bahahaha. 16 1/2 cold an 17" pumped.

Thanks brotha. lol ill never be a complete mass monstet like the rest of ya but I have put on some decent size since I began my journey. I have no regrets lol......

Thanks Rutman, that means alot comin from a Beast of your status. Body Building has taken me outta a bad lifestyle an gave me a reason to press forward. Now days its all abou My Family, Work, an the Gym....In that particular order lol. Thanks for noticing the changes. It hasnt been a walk in the park thats for sure. I dont have awesome genetics or great muscle bellies to show off but what mass I do have was put in with an enormous amount of "Work Ethic";):cool::D

Lol its only cuz im jus shy of being a midget. Seriously though, my arms are very short so its not like a have alot of space to fill. On blast its alot more noticable to me but ive found that with hard wprk an good diet I have been able to easily keep gains. Been sick this last week so its time to get back jnto routine. Todays chest session felt good...not great but good lol.
 
5'8" here

16.5 cold, with 62" wingspan.

Do arms twice a week and already getting comfy with upright rows, curl, pushdowns/pulldowns etc...fun stuff.
 
Not much direct work at all , triceps already get alot of heavy pressing/Dips and lately my biceps are toast from sets of pull-ups/chins and heavy bent rows. I might throw in 6 sets of BB or DB bicep work . Sometimes none .

If you got the energy for countless sets of arm work then you didnt hit your major lifts hard enough ;)
