Hello Guys.
Im 31, and 5'11 199. I am a olympic weightlifter but also a former sprinter. Ive always been strong but I never developed the upper body strength opposed to my legs.

Long story short, I want get a little leaner and stronger and Im not exactly what to do as far as the product. I am considering 1fg1 or mod grf. Im not exactly sure whats best for me and looking for the best advice in general as I am new to all this.

I would say cjc-1295 with DAC @3-4 mg / week.

Combine that with any ghrp 4x daily. Make sure to change ghrp every couple weeks

Make sure you use a reputable source. Basically anything from china is garbage
