Good morning Meso members, was pointed this direction by a friend and decided to make an account. Etiquette seems to be to share a little bit about our personal experience;
I've been active in sports and exercise from the age of 5 (soccer, wrestling, baseball, football etc.)
I worked in specialty pharmacy as a Pharmacy Tech (ART, Oncology, HRT, and so on) for 5 years before switching to rehabilitation services where I am a certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Currently doing some post bacc work to begin either DPT, PA, or MD school. Current stats 171cm, 74kg. I'm just here browsing, will contribute if applicable. I'll let you all get back to your day.
