Help interpreting blood work during and immediately after PCT

All I can add is;

I have done 5 cycles, none of them crazy high dose but have recovered with a low 300 test level. Right as I started my last cycle the wife got pregnant....so test levels and sperm count are related, but not definitive in fertility(it only takes one).

I'm sure there are thousands of examples of this same scenario across this board.

11 days in on a 2nd round of low dose SERMS (20mg nolva/12.5mg clomid ED) and feeling better every day.

Completely off everything and waiting for the SERMS to clear before I go back for more blood work.

Feeling fantastic and hope it continues.

By the numbers it looks that you a primary. This is probably going to make it harder to conceive than being secondary. HCG 250-350 Eod or ED depending on how you feel and FSH 25 iu 3x week(FSH is very pricey) is a very effective cocktail for sperm production. Many many studies on this and about a 70% success rate in the fertility comunity. 2 months hcg and a month of FSH worked for me.

Blood work came back.
I'm actually surprised my TT is so low because I feel fantastic.

FSH 5.4 (1.6-8.0)
LH 5.0 (1.5-9.3)
TT 307
E2 15 (non-sensitive)

Going to start up another round of HCG.

How long after pct was this? Its not too far off from your base line so youre looking good.

EDIT: just saw a month or so after your second round, seems to have gone well fron what i can tell.

I'm at 5.5 weeks past 2nd round of PCT.
Used a very low dose of Nolva and Clomid for the second round.

My concern is the slightly elevated FSH and LH and low test.
Could either be a little remaining SERM in my system or could be indication of primary.

My pituitary seems to be working just fine, and if I leave things alone I'll probably continue to recover over time...but my wife has crazy baby fever and wants to start trying next month, so a little HCG to give the swimmers a boost won't hurt.

Damn you’re on round 2 of pct?, if I may ask what was ur first pct like and how long after that first run did you wait it out?

& how long were you on?

Youre still in the ranges though, not terribly far off from where you started so it might not be as bad as you think.

First PCT protocol was good, but felt like absolute garbage.
Started 2nd PCT around 8 weeks after first PCT.

Was on for 6 months. Test only at TRT dose.
Saw your thread...you might be in for a bumpy recovery.
Definitely keep posting updates.

Also my endocrinologist said to me I can recover but it can take 6 months to 1 year he said (that was without pct) so hoping with pct it may come sooner

Just want to say something about you doing another round of hcg, I read on steroid.com Under the side effect part it says this

• credit and original owner of this is www.steroid.com

*link for everything on HCG*
HCG - Steroid .com

• However, keep in mind the issue of LH dependency that can occur due to abuse, and even in cases of no abuse such dependency may still be possible. If dependency occurs, this would result in a low testosterone condition.

Just wanted to share cause it’s my first time ever taking hcg so I’m trying to be as informed as possible an I don’t wanna see your LH get dependent or damaged

Thanks man. I actually feel great, which seems odd since my test levels are so low. Making strength gains week to week, morning wood, strong libido, positive attitude...all that "normal" stuff that's been missing since mid-December.

Appreciate the link.

Not sure I'd take that article at face value though.

I may have missed it, but I didn't see them reference any studies that show that HCG dependency is real, and a quick google search didn't turn up any studies showing that either.

Not saying it isn't a possible issue, just that I couldn't quickly find any evidence .
