Been having constant erections the past couple days, and I woke up today and realized I was immortal. Feeling a huge strength increase today, noticed I'm retaining a bit of water. I'm taking Exemestane for the estrogen related sides, Clen and a touch of Lasix for the water retention. I was going to get bloodwork done, but I'm convinced it's real.

I took 600 mg Test E Friday in the right ventrogluteal, ~400mg EQ in the left ventrogluteal Thursday. Right ventrogluteal muscle hurt like fucking hell for days, though not immediately, and it's still a little swollen. Pretty standard fare for Test E concentrations that high as far as pain goes. Monday I mixed ~300mg Test E and ~200mg EQ in a syringe and pinned my right thigh. No initial pain, followed by slight ache that lasted a few hours. It feels a tad bruised, but only if I apply direct pressure to the injection site.

Sorry I doubted the gear Herc, wasn't trying to make trouble. For what it's worth, I'm a new member with a very low post count that's only posted in this thread- I doubt my opinion makes much of a difference one way or the other to most visitors. And um... Thanks for the convincing everyone.

Edit: Definitely getting bloodwork done during PCT... But um... gonna spend the little I have on more gear in the mean time. Kinda feel like a dick admitting that.

No atrophy to speak of, slight gyno flare so I had to incorporate Nolva. Thinking of getting blood work soon to get a gauge of where i'm at as the halfway point is nearing. The gear is definitely legit I was just expecting a bit more for my first cycle @500mg Test E. I'll continue working and keep you all posted.

got your diet in check? are you bulking?
if so, then basically you should eat everything you see thats edible. you can always drop the fat from excess cal's again after your bulk, but you cant go back and get the rest of the muscle gains you could have had.
and really, if its your first cycle, you will be surprised at how much you can eat without putting on fat.
and dont worry about atrophy, it kicks in late for me too, and slowly, so i dont really notice before they're friggin raisins.
everybody says herc's gear is what it should be, so i wouldnt be too worried if i were you.
 
Thanks for the insight Sko. Yea I'm not too worried I feel like the second half will definitely be a solid 5-6 weeks, my appetite has been up lately and I've given up trying to solely eat clean and just eat whatever the fuck I want that's within reason lol.
 
just steer clear of junk like added sugars, processed meats, etc.
if you want absolute the absolute max potential of your cycle, you should ask some of the vets for advice on a diet.
but if you're like me, and on the go a lot, or simply dont have time for a complicated diet. you can get by pretty well by just eating healthy, and eating A LOT. you know, pack a shake when you go out, raid your mates fridge when you're at someones house, protein protein protein. you will gain fat, but hell, the summer is nearly over, you got 6 months to drop that fat again :)

Remember bro unless you have years of experience with prohormones and other hardcore supplements, you want your first cycle to be very mild. This is a marathon not a sprint, this is your first cycle of hundreds. With that said your body needs time to adjust to the gear. For us these rapid gains in size and strength are awesome but to our bodies it is very stressful. For example maybe your first few cycles just do the Test, then later down the road try Test and Mast. Then work your way up to Test, Mast and Tren.

Ditto on the ventrogluteal man..I pinned there 3 times and had to stop I would limp noticeably for 2-3 days after each shot it was bad. Switched to my delts and pecs and have virtually no PIP those are my new go to spots.

My comment wasn't meant to be construed as a complaint I think I just had my sights set a little high after all the avenger tryout talk and seeing my friend put on about 30lbs from his first cycle of test E. Like I said the gear is legit and i'm pleased, just now blowing me out of the water quite yet. I'll keep training and adjusting my diet to get to where I need to be. I do have some experience with prohormones i've run 3-4 cycles, but I think what i'm doing right now is fairly mild, no orals or anything just the straight test. I'm in no rush to move onto multiple compounds i'll milk the mild cycles for as long as I can get solid gains out of them :D

a lot of that is water man. you're using nolva on cycle, you wont bloat, on the other hand, you wont drop 10 pounds within a couple of months and feel like a stick figure.

Awww... AI's and PCT are for pussies. Real men have breasts and tons of water weight. Joking aside, 20lbs is a pretty good for a first cycle. And about the superman bit, it was... a little different. I actually couldn't get to sleep last night. Kept trying to sleep on a boner, I was too hot/cold, restless, etc. Finally, at 7:00 AM I decided I wasn't getting any sleep. I expected to be tired, but wasn't. I figured this would suck, but I needed to get under the iron or I'd be a lazy fuck all day and waste it.

Instead of being tired, I felt great. Awesome. I was fast, strong, and overall I just felt good. I had a great workout. I hit it hard and fast, I was exploding beyond my max. Every time I said, "Fuck this shit, I'm done," I'd towel off in front of the fan and I suddenly felt as if I was ready to start again. Recovery was almost instantaneous. A quick 30 minute workout turned into a 3 and a half hour affair. I actually stopped because I pulled something in my shoulder. Doesn't hurt, but I don't want to make it hurt, ya?

Then I took my clen. But yeah, a general feeling of overall well-being and confidence.

Bro I'm sorry if I sounded like I thought you were complaining. Not my intention. I just wanted to let you know that it's a long road. But you're on the right track. Just stick with it and you'll get the results you want.

I'm sorry if this is too late, but if it's not then try going 750mg a week that's what I'm doing, it is awesome, all my bloating that I had was from Dbol I believe any way still not sure I feel better so I think all my bloating did come from the Bol.... After my first week I went up to 750mg as for my leg it's weird, what I mean by that is the first couple shots were great no pain... Than I started to get pain at the end of the night after my wards.... Than just last week I got a narly ball in my left leg, it fucking sucked... Lol but I found out why tha happened it was cause I was half asleep from just waking up and in a rush, I ended up going in sideways and wiggling the shit out of it, I think it was be cause I was trying so hard to sit still but couldn't cause I was to dam tired.... Also some water and some fat... as for that though really nothing else except barly being able to wipe my own ass or scrub my back, which is a good thing when bulking IMO.... Hahahahahaha... And yes I do stretch I'm no yoga master but I do maintain mobility... :)
