I was going to address this but got bored. For the large operation that is going on the accountant seems very strict on accounts payable.

Tester pack = customer chose their own delivery method that we don't have experience doing, so they themselves warned us not to reship in case something goes wrong.
Yes, we do offer 100% reships for orders sent the way we usually send them and within conditions that we stated above.

What has any of that got to do with you not reshipping failed deliveries, when you say you already have? You said it was reship per yesterday morning, then you say it was shipped this afternoon.

That seems to be how things normally work: first you send payment (September 7th), then you receive a confirmation email (September 8th).
Are you saying Jano didn't respond fast enough with confirmation?

they are claiming to be such a large operation with mutiple doctors, chemists yadayada but have gone down the root of using the most basic themes/free plugins on their so called super duper website

That's not the issue. Türkiye is way more strict with exporting than importing any sort of medicine. Legally or illegally. That's why there's only a few ways we can ship things.

This Monday we're sending more compounds including HGH to Janoshik for testing. Those will include our UGL products too. If you guys want to see any products tested, let us know before Monday, and we will add them (unless it's vitamin B12 injectable, of course). Lol
