HGH Every Day vs 5/2

Pinning HGH 5/2 is just as effective as 7 days per week?

Someone posted a study showing insulin pins are fine to reuse up to 6 times (no discomfort or injection site reactions).

And little risk of scar tissue from these tiny pins & a million potential injection sites.
No, I would not reuse. Please post the study you are referring to

Actually completely wrong regarding protein. Protein synthesis is markedly suppressed with continuous tube feeding compared to bolus feeding. Obviously you probably don't want to eat 200 grams once per day but a lot of our body's metabolic processes are signalled in a phasic manner.
interesting, can you link this information?

afaik, youll get better MPS/net protein balance with 3-4x feedings of 40-60g protein than 5-6x at 20-30g, equated for total protein intake and quality.

I think stu phillips or was it don layman that did a bunch of studies on protein feedings. Theres some studies comparing this but i cant find them right now, compared something like 6x20g vs 3x40, and the 3x40 group showed better increases in net protein balance and MPS response,.

afaik, the current evidence says that 3-4 feedings with 4-6g/kg vs 5-7 feedings with the same total protein intake is better in most cases, atleast in natural lifters.

There is no real benefit to 5/2 in my opinion.

For all of the supposed benefits (reduced sides, cost savings, ect) the better answer if just to lower your dose

I hear u on that. I have a brother that’s a junkie I bet he would use the same slin pin for a month. But I’m too anal for that.

Also I had a aunt who passed recently she was diabetic my wife’s a nurse and would do her shots for her when we would be around, and she told me she had lots of scar tissue built up around her abdominals.

There's in between. I think its totally fine to reuse a pin 2-3x times, if it doesnt go longer than 2-3 days. So if you inject 1-2x weekly (like tb500), its not a good idea to shoot 3x from same pin since bacteria has time to grow.

What I do is I pull 2 doses of hgh into 1 syringe. I inject 1 dose, and then the next day the rest. Still saving lots of waste and some money on the long run.

I couldn't find the 6x study but a preliminary search showed up a few similar results.

Tl;dr: SubQ injections seem very resiliant to needle re-use.

Using pen needles four to five times does not lead to progressive needle tip deformity and does not increase pain intensity or unpleasantness, but could increase convenience and lead to substantial financial savings...

No signs of infection were observed at the injection sites throughout the study. We conclude that, based on the bacteriostatic effects of commercially formulated insulin and on the siliconisation of needles' surfaces, bacterial growth is sufficiently prevented. Therefore, we can recommend the reuse of pen needles as a simple, safe and cost-beneficial procedure...

Each syringe was used for an average of 12.2 days (range, one to 80 days), making an average of 21.3 injections each (range, two to 126 injections)... The reuse of plastic disposable insulin syringes appears to be a safe, cost-saving practice...

No I get it I’ve thought about reusing them myself, even thought about putting them in the refrigerator might keep them more sterile,it’s just the risk vs reward thing I think about. What’s .50 cents?

My understanding is similar.

3-4 protein-rich meals per day is better than one meal a day and it doesn't get much better with >4. None of these studies are on bodybuilders; most are weight loss in normies with subpar diets.

2 vs. 6 meals per day (6 was better; 2 is too infrequent).

3 vs. 6 meals per day (6 wasn't better than 3).

Another study showing 6 isn't better than 3.

1 vs. 5 meals per day (5 was better; 1 is too infrequent).

After having used both 3x a week, 4x a week and ED HGH. In my experience, the results of ED are superior (not by a crazy amount) but there is a bump in side effects.

More susceptible to bloat, slight bump in blood sugar and more carpel tunnel type effects (which can be adapted to, just have to adjust doses as needed).

No I’ve seen something similar bro and I was just looking and I couldn’t find it. It’s hear on MESO I was in the post. It even shows a slide show of the same needle being used after each administration. How it does dull little by little.
Personally i notice significant dulling after just using it three times for daily hgh/tb/bpc injections i use eazy touch syringe and after i poke through three times then inject definitely dulls needle tip

Never tried with HGH but I find a better way of doing the 5/2 is to go Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and then the Friday and Saturday..

This gives no less than 2 days on in a row and no more than 1 day off..

1. its only 50 cents(or 30c whatever for a syringe+needle) for 1 piece
2. some of us use multiple compounds
3. some (most?) will do this until the day we die.
4. you will save lots of waste in a lifetime

If studies are showing its okay to use up to 6x, I will still take under and maximum use it 2-3 times.

I never leave a syringe for more than 24 hours.. But yes would inject then put back in fridge and use ONCE again..

This was Deca back loaded 48hours previous to a bicep shot.. 1ml caused cellulitis and then MRSA was contracted at hospital during treatment.. Nearly a full pint of pus was drained..
