HGH for Skull, hands and wrist growth?

Can you say more about this? How long have you run? What kinds of dosages? Pharma or not? Before bed protocol or other? I've been on 5 mos 3iu / day and recently up'd to 4iu/day. I'm actually looking for some foot and wrist growth etc. Want to know if I just run it long enough at these dosages, will it happen? Or do I need to go nuts at 10iu etc. BTW, using pharma geno.

It doesnt tho.
Not anything noticeable
Test will actually do more for appearance due to muscle size (That includes muscles in your hands/feet etc)

I've run plenty of GH and I still have tiny hands
The upside of tiny hands?
It makes my cock not look small, which is a bonus for sure.... if not I'd be fuuuuuucked

Who cares about appendage size, despite my tiny hands, my back gives out in DL before my grip does, it's all about the tendons and CNS etc.

If you run 20 IU daily surely your appendage will grow…

Could you elaborate on "plenty of HGH"? Also, at what age?

I've been running 5iu daily pre bed fasted for almost a year now.

It's a known side effect of HGH and abnormally high IGF levels that your hands feet and bones will grow.

"GH directly and through IGF-I stimulates osteoblast proliferation and activity, promoting bone formation. It also stimulates osteoclast differentiation and activity, promoting bone resorption. The result is an increase in the overall rate of bone remodeling, with a net effect of bone accumulation."

Maybe in your case you didn't get any noticable effects which could be for many different reasons, but that doesn't mean it's going to be the same for everyone.

Quoting the wrong study amigo.

Thag study is in relation to epiphyseal growth plates and a LACK of GH in adolescents
GH is commonly used for children with low natural growth hormone levels.
It is used to stimulate bone growth in those who are LACKING GH
Once your Plates seal in your early twenties, this GH induced growth is no longer applicable.

Bone growth primarily occurs at the epiphyseal growth plates and is the result of the proliferation and differentiation of chondrocytes

Some people may see minor density changes, mayne even minor growth, but nothing substantial.
Using GH for bone "Growth" past your early twenties is not going to amount to much.
Swelling should also not be confused with growth, as it commonly is (I know I made that mistake early on during my GH use)

That is Medical and Pediatric Oncology - and that article is talking about the effects of cancer treatments on children due to interference with growth hormone's effect on bone.

While I understand the point you are trying to make, that is not the point that the journal article's authors were trying to make. You should probably find another article to back up your argument.

I have particularly small/feminine hands and jaw/skull. This has given much insecurity and issues in life and I have decided to do something about it. I have heard that HGH can grow wrist/hands/skull, is this true?

Would TRT help? (I'm 21)

I know there is a risk but I am determined to fix this problem. any advice would be greatly appreciated

Yah I think you need a psychologist more than you need hgh!

A close friend had a tumour on his pituitary gland , went undiagnosed for a a couple years then took almost a year to get into surgery.

He grew almost 1” in height , his feet and hands are absolutly massive now. His face doesn’t even look the same all his bone structure has changed. If you seen a before and after picture you wouldn’t belive it’s the same guy. At his peak his IGF1 was in the 980 range , so if your slamming back a lot of HGH I don’t see why you wouldn’t see bone growth.

Acromegaly induced by growth hormone replacement therapy

Lucky bastard......

Been on hgh now for like 8 months 4ius currently, started 1-2 ius the first month then 6 IU split morning, night/EOD now just 4ius every morning with fasted cardio.

So far I noticed jack shit for bone density growth just from my experience been thinking of maybe upping the dose but I did notice fat loss but could be from my diet and cardio.

@HGHplease

Quit your job. Work on a farm. Get the shit kicked out of you by the animals day in day out. Throw 1000's of bales of hay. Mend fences. Get a trade like electrical or a fitter. Problem solved . Want to look like a man?......live like one.

In my younger days I did general labor work for a construction company and because I lifted everything manually they nicknamed me the human forklift lol. Your username made me remember that lol ;)

Hahaha. Love it.

When I started in the trades my journeyman wouldn't rent any equipment to dig hydro trenches...... Dug every one with a shovel until I was a journeyman too. I didn't know it then....but that was the best thing anyone could have ever done for me.

makes sense. Acromegaly is a real thing, and they say those people will continue to grow in height as they get older as well as thickness in other bone areas, so I don't think the "plates are closed" concept that some docs talk about is a hard and fast rule.

thanks for the response @robslovi22 . I notice my 4iu now after a few months, my shoes fit tighter, but I guess there's a chance that's just swelling. I'll give it some more time though, many say 6 mos. the min to notice anything with GH, and I have to say, I might be just starting to notice it after about 7 months total on 3-4iu/day Genotropin.

Not a hard rule
But a rule nonetheless.

My grandfather had acromegaly.
Fucking jacked and shredded until the day he passed. (Fucking bodybuilder forearms in his 70s.... veins like a roadmap and a full head of hair... guy was fuxkinf scary looking)

He had extreme bone density and thickness
When his heart gave out, they had issues getting through his ribcage because it was more of a rib plate, due to the thickness of his ribs.

Height didnt happened much, but one of his hands was both of mine combined... it to mention the size 15 (?) feet @Human_backhoe ?

Bone length may grow in a minor capacity, but. nothing like the "Inwant to get taller from GH" crowd thinks.... not even close.

Not to mention, the amount of GH to even put on MINOR height will throw your IGF1 levels to an extreme level... for an extreme amount of time.
IGF1 is also a very good marker for longevity (The higher your IGF1, the shorter your life span will be)

Let's not even get into Blood glucose/diabetes or visceral fat etc from such long term and irresponsible use of high levels of GH.

As a general rule, GH for growth should be discounted totally (In my opinion, based off of the research I've done)

Yup size 15 boots.....

I believe he first became symptomatic at 35 if I recall. Shortly after that the diabetes became very problematic.

The acromegaly also killed him. His rib cage was so thick it restricted his breathing while his heart continued to grow. Congestive heart failure.......his heart couldn't keep the fluid out of his lungs.

He was 6ft his whole life! He didn't get taller.

Would be nice to have a 6 pack at 83 though. Even with what looked like gh gut.

I my personal opinion is that using gh in the required doses to achieve that is irresponsible!

That all makes sense what you’re saying and @Silentlemon1011. You guys brothers or something? I am not counting on any height growth myself, since my igf has been averaging around 550 on 4iu a day (I also think height itself is the thing “closed plates” affects the most, ie once they’re closed you’re barely growing if at all. but if I get my damn feet to go from 9 to 10, just sayin, I won’t complain. Checked my a1c recently and it was 4.9 so keeping an eye there.
