HGH for Skull, hands and wrist growth?

That all makes sense what you’re saying and @Silentlemon1011. You guys brothers or something? I am not counting on any height growth myself, since my igf has been averaging around 550 on 4iu a day (I also think height itself is the thing “closed plates” affects the most, ie once they’re closed you’re barely growing if at all. but if I get my damn feet to go from 9 to 10, just sayin, I won’t complain. Checked my a1c recently and it was 4.9 so keeping an eye there.
Yup
And I'm the big retarded one

Acromegaly induced by growth hormone replacement therapy

Lucky bastard......

Been on hgh now for like 8 months 4ius currently, started 1-2 ius the first month then 6 IU split morning, night/EOD now just 4ius every morning with fasted cardio.

So far I noticed jack shit for bone density growth just from my experience been thinking of maybe upping the dose but I did notice fat loss but could be from my diet and cardio.
I don't want to pay 40 bucks for the article. Was there anything other than elevated IGF-1 to indicate acromegaly? The abstract does not say.

Let's not even get into Blood glucose/diabetes or visceral fat etc from such long term and irresponsible use of high levels of GH.
So high amounts increase visceral fat? GH treatment (not necessarily high amounts, 2 iu in the study below) reduces visceral fat. At what dose does it reverse course?

These were HIV patients, but 12 iu daily for 12 weeks, followed by 6 iu every other day for another 20 weeks, resulted in 20% reduction in visceral fat (and 7% reduction in subcutaneous fat).

I should have been more specific

Visceral fat being associated with Insulin resistance.
More clearly, I should have said....

Not to mention the high insulin resistance and bad BG you would get from the insane amount of GH you would have to run long term to achieve any significant (Or any at all) height gains/ hand or foot enlargement.

As a foot note...Acromegaly often leads to diabetes (Once again, due to insulin sensitivity issues)

The visceral fat is not a foregone conclusion of course.

But if someone is silly enough to believe GH will make them taller/grow their hands, they arent informed enough to manage the side effects and issues associated with extreme GH use.

We are talking long term
Enough GH to actually effect HEIGHT would be a insane dose, over a pretty insane period of time.

12 weeks is relativly apples to oranges when comparing to associated levels required to achieve effects similar to someone with acromegaly (Which, as discussed, isnt even enough to cause any actual height growth in most people)

That last study cites a different study in Germany. 12 iu daily for 12 weeks, or 12 iu three times a week for 12 weeks. Both sets got another 12 weeks at 6 iu daily. 30% reduction in visceral fat by week 12 and a further 20% by week 24. (I can't tell if this was an average of both groups or both groups lost the same amount).

Not really comparable.

Acromegaly levels of IGF1/GH secretion are what is required for Height/Hand size growth.

To achieve that you would need to be taking years of high levels of GH

The relation between resistance and acromegaly:

Also,
The relationship between Acromegaly and IGF1 (Turns out Acromegaly can be diagnosed via IGF1 testing alone, didnt know that.)

To get the same "Growth results" (As per the OP) you would have to mimic the IGF1/GH conditions found within an acromegaly patient, to do this, would take a considerable amount of GH over a considerable amount of time

Taking into account the direct correlation between insulin resistance/Diabetes and their relationship with visceral fat, I dont think it's an unfair conclusion to assume it would be a significant issue (If the desired height growth was achieved Via Acromegaly mimicry)

So in summary, you're right, I should have gone a lot deeper into my reasoning... but TBH I really didnt assume you or someone knows their shit would read and respond to it.

Kinda assumed that I was talking to guys that thought "GH will make me tall" and would just kinda say... oh
..okay.

Lol

lool true but women bbers also take shit ton of steroids and their face seems to masculinise a lot can't be just bf and lifiting.
You did not post a picture, so we cannot see for ourselves whether you have a feminine facial appearance or whether you just have a weird perspective (like body dysmorphia). If you actually appear feminine in the face, then testosterone would probably change that, just as it does for females.

Is your testosterone low?

How old are you?

I ask that last question because young men suffer from unrealistic self perception. I remember being a very young man and wondering about all sorts of things and wishing I was taller (I was 6 foot) and more muscular (leading to becoming a natty gym rat) to thinking my dick was too small (it's not, indeed, it is in a top few percentile, but we don't see other men with hard ons unless we are homosexuals for the most part except in porn, in which only the very top 1% or so of men are probably hired, so that we think a 9 incher is normal and common, when in reality it is less than 0.01%, meaning that if you gathered 1000 men randomly, odds are that 0 would be 9 inches or larger, which also means if any girl you sleep with has had a 9 incher, the odds are that she has been with more than 1000 men, so run, and fast), it was so bad that I did not believe females who told me it was large, to all sorts of other weird things to worry about. Most of these concerns go away with age and, looking back, seem humorous.

So unless you post up a face pic, just be very cautious about whether what you think about the way your face looks is the way others see you. It probably is not. It is probably just youthful self perception issues.

Nor do I LOL. Elevated IGF-1 causes acromegaly.

Elevated IGF-1 levels, alone, are sufficient to establish a diagnosis of acromegaly in the majority of clinically suspected cases.

Point is if you abuse hgh long enough you can increase bone density.

Human Growth Hormone Abuse in Male Weightlifters

"There is substantial evidence that long-term supraphysiologic levels of HGH may cause adverse effects – as suggested by studies of acromegaly, a naturally occurring disorder characterized by prolonged supraphysiologic levels of HGH."

Greatest bodybuilder of all time also reported bigger hands, wrists, and feet!

Full disclosure, I’m like 6’9” and have really high HGH levels naturally. Like a bit above average, but not so much that it gives me excess height.

I got tiny fucking Donald Trump hands. 9” or 9 1/2” long, 5” wide. Doesn’t seem small does it? Perspective is everything. These hands look fucking small on me. But I’ve come to terms that I’m always going to have presidential hands after years of intense psychotherapy.

At least I got a big dick though. Compared to these tiny hands anyway. Get over your hands man.

Your hand length is very appropoiate for 6'9, and 5" wide hands would be as wide if not wider than Andre The Giant's, and they looked very thick even on him.

It doesnt tho.
Not anything noticeable
Test will actually do more for appearance due to muscle size (That includes muscles in your hands/feet etc)

I've run plenty of GH and I still have tiny hands
The upside of tiny hands?
It makes my cock not look small, which is a bonus for sure.... if not I'd be fuuuuuucked

Who cares about appendage size, despite my tiny hands, my back gives out in DL before my grip does, it's all about the tendons and CNS etc.
I got some big old mitts always have though don't think HGH had anything to do with it

Might have something to do with being a working guy!

I have small hands, but I'm okay with it.
Had a few big block layers with absolute meat hooks try to be tough guys and crush my hand with a handshake.

Guess they dont understand the concept of PSI lmfao
A powerlifter/carpenter with small hands applying pressure is apparently not an enjoyable experience to be on the recieving end of

If anything I wish I had nice hands again
Mine look like fucking hamburger meat after all these years of working with them.
