Just tell them your family have history of hypertension and heart disease.so I just pretend I don't know why I have these issues?
When I go for the Ecocardio I'll see if it's done by a cardiologist (should be I guess) I'll talk to him about all this. thanks guysJust tell them your family have history of hypertension and heart disease.
how can I try to push him towards those two medications?
vaffanculo stronzo, ho bisogno di telmisartan e nevibolol!
fucking laughed my ass off ahhaah I don't really need those medications, just instructions. those medicaiton I can buy it OTC in any pharmacyI butchered it but you get the point...
On a serious note talk to him. If he insists on something else find a doctor that is on with the times on his practice
Yes. My rhr definitely goes up on tirzepatideAny glps would increase it? Like tirzepatide?
Two at lower doses usually works better than a large dose of oneGuys what's best and milder for any side effect.
40mg telmi + 2.5mg nebivolol
Or 80mg telmi?
yeah it really surprised me but you are not the first telling me this, I have already spoke to 5+ ppl reporting higher HR on tirzYes. My rhr definitely goes up on tirzepatide
I accidentally discovered these beet extract chews that give me a great boost and big pumps. I have two an hour before my morning workout with half-caf for my pre-workoutCutting out caffeine (no more pre workout)?! That sounds rough, but understood (small price to pay if it helps keep things healthy-[er]).
Side question: What do you guys take for pre-workout if it can't contain caffeine? Or.. what do you guys take in the morning just to work?
