The order originally said it was coming to my city, then mid-order on the tracking it said a requested address change was made when I definitely never requested it. It was delivered to another state. Rep claimed I wanted the address changed mid order which makes no sense because the entire conversation is in front of him and I absolutely never made that request. Pretty frustrating experience. I’ve ordered from them before and although it did arrive successfully in the past, I was sent incorrect tracking more than once and it showed up a random day. I assumed it was a mistake. The second experienced confirmed these guys are doing some funky stuff. For whatever it’s worth, this was my experience. Rep has just stopped responding.
