How long in between DNP cycles?

How long in between DNP cycle should yu wait before you start up again. I'm going to do a 400mg day 10day cycle. I know I will not get rid of as much fat as I would like so I need to know for safety and effectiveness whats the reccommended time off before you start up again?

the cycles ive done are 7 days on same off but im gonn start a cycle and go as long as i can.

5 half lives after the last dose is considered to be the point where the body has removed all the drug for all intents and purposes...which for dnp is 7.5 days

i would probably wait at least 14 though, to carb up and get your thyroid back in shape

I'd go with this too, there's less likely to be a skin reaction from histamine build-up as well.
