How many calories do you eat?

Yeah, what the calculators tell me should have me gaining weight has me losing weight. You pretty much have to figure it out for yourself. It's an okay place to start from though.

And then you take Tren and all of a sudden you sweat bullets and simply can't gain weight - other than add plates in the gym. :-)

I have two of those Japanese scales with water % and BF % calculators built-in - obviously not particularly accurate once you get fairly lean - but the trend is helpful. And a high water % suggests E2 changes too - or that I just got back from a 24 hour flight to Asia - or that my dbol is kicking in. :-)

Never seen any with water, that's interesting. I'm really struggling with gaining weight right now, hell, struggling with maintaining it honestly. Adding plates though, so it's all good.

Look up Tanita (and Omron) - they're on Amazon. The latest have bluetooth integration with your phone so you can easily chart progress. I want one of those - I keep paper notes, but transferring to Excel is tedious.

If you fell for an iPhone:
www.amazon.com/Tanita-RD-901-Ironman-iPhone-Scale/dp/B00U7QK22I

This one does'em all:
www.amazon.com/RD-901-Black-Ironman-iPhone-Android/dp/B01MTXSH1Q

They both claim FDA approved medical device status and using Dual Frequency bioelectric impedance analysis - comparable to DEXA and water weighing.

I have NOT tried this generation of scales - my Tanita is at least 10 years old.

I want the last one....

No Apple products here. I'm sure there's apps that you can use to chart progress though.

Bio electrical impedance devices are easily fooled by water when calculating body fat. I tried one once, told me I was something like 33.8% BF bu meanwhile had visible abs....

Calories?

700 at breakfast
lunch:600
1000 postworkout(a little less the cardio days only, just 700)
snack:300
dinner:600

Total:3200 - 2900

Definitely - a single read is useless - but I find looking at the trend to be helpful.

I try to eliminate variables, weigh myself roughly at the same time, after the first piss I'm the morning.

Meals, lots of fluids, or right after a shower - forget it, the numbers are going to be significantly off.

The trend is of interest, especially when overlaid with the AAS data.

One of these days I'll spring for a new unit.

I didn't say it wasn't. I just calculated more exact numbers as you said you think you're about 4000.
yea but thats what I said. Ill have a gatorade and icecream or juice so its not exatly 400 carbs is a little more. I dont hit each macro and cals exactly idc if I go over a little or under. I appreciate the calculations though. I forgot about those numbers fat 9 cals, carbs 4 and protein 4.
