How To Cap "101"

Thank you for the guide!! I officially capped for the first time. I did nolvadex @20mg a cap. I did overdose by about 10% to account for human error. And i had a little left over for maybe 3 caps.

So do you have to use a filler? Or can you just put whatever ingredient it is in a cap and cap it? @XKawN
You have to use filler to fill the caps and using filler and filling caps is much more accurate and easy than filling cap by cap a tiny amount of active ingredient. Otherwise, why even use caps.

Makes sense. I've never done any of this but after reading and seeing the price of raws. It's amazing how much money I can save. Good write up by the way. Seems worth the time to me.

Hi everyone, nice thread OP, very useful. I have a question: is there a more accurate method to cap? Like making some sort of solution and then dry it or similar? I also read somewhere that alchool/glycerine suspension will do the job far better, is that true?

Geometric dilution:

I love you.

Edit: I just saw a few videos and read something about geometric dilution, and I have the dumbest question ever: doing that with an immersion blender would be idiotic?

I've had my capsules tested and with using this method each cap tested was only off by 1 or 2 mg at 50mg per cap. That's good enough i would think.

Thank you.

EDIT: you’re the one who wrote the bible, let me fix that.

Thank you sir!
