how to make transdermal testosterone?

My neighbor just did a dht Creme with dht powder, dmso and peg400 as moisturizer (aloe Vera wasn’t available).
i can give update in some weeks. It’s only 10% but he will use it 2-3 times a day

Several things:

- use 99.99% pure DMSO, not diluted. It doesn't irritate the skin nor makes your breath smell if you use a high purity product.

- solubility depends on the AAS.
Testosterone no ester has a high solubility, I usually make 10% solutions (3 grams in 30ml).
AAS with esters attached are not soluble in DMSO unless you add ethanol.

I want to keep a 750 baseline all day until I sleep. I know 50mg puts me at 1500 based off the blood work I pulled 3 hours after administering it.
I know it has a shorter half life so I’m thinking 25mg split twice a day morning/evening. Should put me there?

I’ll be pulling bloods after a month of doing so to confirm just in case though.

In MCT oil and ethanol it's dissolved, but it's a pain to apply oil.

So now the DMSO is shooting the PEG400 right into his bloodstream at an unknown rate.
I wouldn't do that if you are concerned about health.

70% dmso + 30% alcohol.

If you find it burns you can add benzyl alcohol which helps.

You should also add a drop or two of peg, as a surfactant.

The efficacy of dmso actually decreases after the concentration surpasses 75%.

So as a transdermal, less dmso is more effective, to a certain point.

50/50 dmso to alcohol and penetration enhancers would work well while diminishing side effects.

I made so dht lotion. 5g dht to 100ml. 30% dmso, 50% ethonol, 10% isopropyl Myristate, 5% oleic acid, 5% glycol. Didn't crash either.

I believe compounding pharmacies use a product called Phlogel that is a gel, but I never tried it. I have read reports online about people using it with test base successfully, and speculation was that pre treating the application sites with pure DMSO helped absorption.

Isopropyl myristate could be used, its an acid/alcohol which is a penetration enhancer, and makes skin feel a bit softer after putting it on.

Oleic acid would thicken the formula, but it is like syrup, and smells ass.

If you want to thicken it I suggest you purchase a polymer powder such as hec (hydroxy ethyl cellulose) and make a gel formulation.

Beefcake above made a somewhat similar formulation to many Ive seen with the exception of the dmso to alcohol ratio is usually inverse.

I've used propylene glycol as well, as it has purported abilities to enhance skin permeation, but it leave a residual, and is a humectant which draws moisture from the skin.

I think with dmso+alcohol+low molecular weight raw works well.

The other penetration enhancers and their specific ratios seem to split hairs concerning efficiency of trans membrane diffusion.

Yeah but he followed that up immediately with how high the concentration can be.

Anyways, this thread is kind of fucked... But I made a batch this week and have to say, was pretty impressive compared to test base injectable. 100mg per ml of DMSO gel works great. Really hit hard... I don't know if I'll bother with the hassle of injectable test base anymore, this is easier by far and works faster.

I might apply to areas that have rougher skin. Inside of elbows getting shredded xD
Anyone try anything out to aid in the drying/burning the DMSO causes?

Just as a prewo on real heavy days. I still cruise on enanthate or cyp.

My woman doesn't like the smell that the test gel gives me... Says it smells metallic she she's inundated with it. It's weird because I don't smell anything. I'd probably use it more often if it didn't bother her.

If not ethanol on hand, what can i use instead of that ? dht melts in dmso right, so why the ethanol what do it do !?

Yes it dissolves in dmso. I added ethonol because it kills any bacteria, and will store much longer. Pure dmso will be itchy to fuck. You can try pure dmso. It needs to be heated in the dmso to fully dissolve.

That much alcohol will be straight up shuttled to your bloodstream by that much DMSO.

If applying twice a day that's a risky business.
