I adjust the pH to around 7, which is neutral and closely aligns with the human body's natural pH. This adjustment eliminates any post-injection pain (PIP).
 
Dipping a piece of paper into the solution and then maybe adding vinegar… or not… is daunting. /s

Perhaps you might be better off just buying it pre-mixed?
Sorry, I meant addding vinegar to anything your planning on injecting into your body isn’t a very good idea jmho.
