Can you give us some more details on your pct protocol?I just managed to reactivate the axis, for the second time after 2 years in which I alternated cycles and trt, at almost 50 years. The only difference with respect to reactivation following a single cycle was in the need for a longer time to return to normal testosterone values (500 ng +/-) i.e. 14/16 weeks instead of 8/9 weeks, and to longer use of SERMs (65 days instead of the usual 35/40). I add that this second time I tried to use only clomid instead of clomid + tamoxifen and in the end the result was the same in terms of recovery time..
I stopped trt in 25 febbruary. Can you give us some more details on your pct protocol?
Thank you, and congrats. Exactly how many days after discontinuing clomid entirely did you pull the 4.87 lab?I stopped trt in 25 febbruary.
i continued hcg at 2x500 ui per week (as during the trt) for another two weeks, then from the third week i started clomid at 50mg per week. After 4 weeks from the start of clomid (so six weeks from the stop of the TRT) I had TT 0.69 ng / ml; 6 weeks after starting clomid it was still only 0.85 ng / ml. After 8 weeks became feelling better so I lowered the clomid to 25mg per day and after a week the lab test gave me TT @ 3 ng / ml (300 ng / dl).
I continued the clomid for another 12 days always at 25mg per day so I stopped it. After 13 weeks of starting the clomid and then 15 weeks after the cessation of the trt the lab test gave me TT @ 4.37 ng / ml, and after another 4 weeks 4.87 ng / ml which should be my normal value at 50 years.old.
Any updates?Aw shit.
I had started feeling worse, with zero libido and anxiety creeping back in.
Got bloods today, and well, shit.
Testosterone: 14,3nmol/l (8-29) = 413ng/dl
SHBG: 30nmol/l (15-95)
Free testosterone: 232pmol/l (155-800)
Damnit. These are basically the same values I had when I started trt in the first place and had symptoms of low testosterone.
One thing is, that I had few drinks on Saturday. Do you guys think it could still have affected my results? It was three days ago, and don't drink often.
My dr adviced me to go back on trt. Decided to listen to him because the situation was startin to wreck my relationship and life.Any updates?
Trt mean levels in range....My dr adviced me to go back on trt. Decided to listen to him because the situation was startin to wreck my relationship and life.
I was feeling like shit with zero libido even though my levels were within the range.
Tbh it was a mistake lmao. Getting shitload of palpitations again. Shit.
What was a mistake? Coming off trt or getting back on?My dr adviced me to go back on trt. Decided to listen to him because the situation was startin to wreck my relationship and life.

exact: "below 300"Also never heard of test causing palpitations, what does your cardiologist say? Mine said exogenous test was healthy if my natural levels were below 300. I had palpitations but they were cause by 8 shots a day of espresso plus intense exercise. I starred on irbesartan and no palpitations since (plus I cut my espresso down to 4 shots a day, I love espresso)
Whats your E2 like? I have crashed Estrogen and feel like shit all the time, always tired no matter how well I sleep and achey joints, also on the lower spectrum for free test too!Update.
So I've been without meds for a while now.
Got bloods and here they are:
Total testosterone: 16,9nmol/l (9,2 - 31,8)
16,9nmol/l = 488ng/dl
Free testosterone: 268pmol/l (220 - 800)
268pmol/l = 77,3pg/ml
SHBG: 32nmol/l (18-54)
I feel like shit.
I'm extremely tired, have to take naps every day, have mental fog, don't recover from exercise.
My legs feel like they weight a ton, I have zero libido, and it just feels like my body can't handle any physical activity. I'll get nasty palpitations whenever I try doing any activity, which according to a doctor I saw is "normal" but f that.
I have to say this whole period of trying to come off from trt has been the worst time of my life so far.
Idk why I feel so bad even though my levels are within the range.
Sure my free test is almost at the bottom range but idk.
Can't even think straight lol.
I have a lot of clomid left, and I'm considering starting it, while wating to see my trt doc in three months.
I haven't checked it in a while. I used to monitor it, but it was always near the top range, no matter how I felt so I figured it wasn't affecting me that much.Whats your E2 like? Damn. Did you start?I’m in the same boat and was literally about to pin 60 mg test right now and do 120mg weekly
Don't really fancy trt at the age of 28.I haven't checked it in a while. I used to monitor it, but it was always near the top range, no matter how I felt so I figured it wasn't affecting me that much.
Still it might be a good idea to check it.
Are you going to hop on trt, or what are you planning to do?
Damn. Did you start?
Personally I honestly feel like trt might be best solution for me at least, even though my levels are within the range.
How long have you suffered from these issues?
Have you tried DHEA? Apparently that could raise estrogen.Don't really fancy trt at the age of 28.
Looking at getting my E2 back in range and see how I feel. If I feel like shit while E2 is fine and just low free t, it may be a case of trt.
Get your thyroid checked out. I’ll bet that’s it.Update.
