Humalog pre or post workout?

New to the slin world. Planning to do 10iu humalog followed by 100-150 grams of carbs via intraworkout shake.

But, would it be more beneficial to take the slin post workout before my post workout meal?

After workout your insulin sensitivity in muscle cells is higher than normal… by doing quick insulin pre wo you ll prevent amminos for leaving muscle cells (i heard it from Meadows that does it just pre wo) , you could get a big pump and you could shuttle into cells stuff you would use during wo like EAAs, Creatine, Inj Carnitine, Ketamine, LSD, whatever
 
I am a big preworkout fan for the few and limited times I have tried insulin (but R only, no experience with humalog). Although I am sometimes concerned about "What if I puke?" as sometimes I am tempted to do on leg day. Puke out all those carbs and trouble follows . . . o_O

But anyway, preworkout worked well for me the little bit I did it.

I tried post, but I missed the massive insulin pump in the gym.

Coaches have different approaches. Both seem to work, apparently. As with many other things, there is probably not only one way to do it.

Start lower than 10. Can’t stress this enough. Start at like 5.

I’m assuming this is with Gh
0 - pin slin
+15m - eat preworkout
+45m - take GH
+60m - start training
+75m - start intra shake
+150m - eat post meal (immediately post assuming 90m training window)
 
I ordered a couple of u200 kwik pens from Panda. New to insulin. Will I need to buy syringe tips for it? Where do I get them? Walmart, walgreens? Do you guys prime your pens by pushing 2iu out of them? I just saw a video saying to do this.

Is this for intramuscular slin + gh? What is best as a preworkout? Both intramuscular or subQ or opposite of each other?
