Hypertrophy Training. Does my training log look okay, or can it be improved?

This may sound weird, but I don’t have the same type of body as everyone else. My body doesn’t produce a lot of myostatin, and I do not lose gains.

I can get fat, but can also shred easily naturally while retaining muscle.

My muscles, which are pretty decent and not as good as many of you here, do not get smaller. Strength does, but I can always get it back quickly.

I find low weights and high volumes have been very successful for me.

Bro splits did great at helping me burn from 45% to 24% fat while putting on muscle. I may switch it up because on HGH I don’t have a lot of recovery time at all.
You have some very interesting body features. How do you train in general, what diet? And what is your daily activity in general?

Here’s an example. I did a lot of lifting a little more than 20 years ago and never lost the gains I made then. Strength, yes. Muscle, nope.

I don’t train and developed huge quads and calves. Diet is massive calories daily (maybe 10-15k), tons of meat and milk. Daily activity before I got back into the gym was just sitting on my ass all day writing code for work.

Now, I’m training by doing some of these bro splits, but less, and more spread out over a few days periods. Pretty much just 3 times a week.

Are you just trying to make the rest of us sick. Im just going to the shed to get a length of rope. Tie it round the balustrade and kick out my chair.
The rest if us are the opposite. If i take a week off i go back to newbe. If i didnt like you so much id say stfu. But i only wish you the best. You know that.
Bro calm down! You know what kinda problems I have lol. I have some good genes, but some shitty ones too, given I have osteoarthritis.

I don’t retain the strength too long, just the muscles. It’s weird.

Fuck 10-15 thousand calories, I envy you for good, but what was your weight and approximate percentage of fat?

This is progress, you are a great fellow, you need character and will.
45% has to be a typo. No way were you 45% that is rolly polly. Fat as a tank. Ouch. That is going to hurt me. Shouldnt have said tank. Anyhow increadiblefast you are doing well. Keep it up.

It's not me, it was, I replied that the guy's progress is good. But you're right, some numbers are unrealistic. apparently a typo.

Going from 45% to 24% BF is not a typo.

I haven’t shredded down this cycle at all. It’s just the gym work I’ve put in over the last year.

45% ???

Do you have before and after photos? That means almost half your weight was fat? Was this dexa scan or hydrostatic weighing?

I think it was a dexa scan? I gotta be honest, I feel like I don’t look much different, but there’s a lot more muscle, so… who knows. I currently weigh the same as I did at 45% that I do now at 24%.

Are you just messing with us? You don't know if it was Dexascan?

45% of 340 is 153 pounds of fat
24% of 340 is 81 pounds of fat

153
-81

72

So your claim here is that you lost 72 pounds of fat and gained 72 pounds of muscle?

In what period of time?
