Hypertrophy Training. Does my training log look okay, or can it be improved?

Are you just messing with us? You don't know if it was Dexascan?

45% of 340 is 153 pounds of fat
24% of 340 is 81 pounds of fat

153
-81

72

So your claim here is that you lost 72 pounds of fat and gained 72 pounds of muscle?

In what period of time?
This also seemed doubtful to me, I checked with the author, the author said that this was not a mistake.

Sorry, no. It was a dexa scan about a year and a half ago. It came up as 44.8% total body fat or something.

You wouldn’t know it by looking at me.

I see how you logically deduced that it seems like I’m saying I gained 72lbs of muscle, but no. I wish.

However I am starting to think dexa scans are fucking 100% bullshit. My skinny af wife shows up at 39.2% on a dexa scan we took last week.

Now I’m going by a scale I bought off Amazon that shows me at 24%, and I wasn’t able to use it before I lost weight / fat / pant sizes. I definitely look a lot leaner, lost 8 pant sizes (1 1/2 year timeframe), but I’m actually heavier now than I was then.

I don’t think I have great information, but if it helps I’m 6’10” and may gain/lose differently than most people.

I think the analysis was wrong about 40% and led you astray.

I actually wanted to introduce 40% body fat, that's half of the whole mass, it really needs to be so round and very fat, and if you say, I didn't really notice the difference. That is most likely a mistake.

You’re probably right. I’ve never been so round or very fat, so yeah, probably a mistake. I don’t mind, though. I’ve never felt so good in my life. All my pain is gone.

Atrophied back muscle recovery, less pain, slow arthritis progression. To that end, seems to be going good.

Now I could look at newer goals… maybe looking good.
I wish you to return your health to the necessary conditions as soon as possible and your quality of life to be good.
