Hi, I have problems with ejaculation during sex I cant cum. When I masturbating so no problem and I can always cum. The problem is not the girl, she is very attractive and I like everything about her. I am only on 150mg trt. I also have to say that I use sildenafil before sex, could this be causing the inability to cum? My dick is really hard but maybe the sildenafil is causing the numbed? Don't take anything without doing bloodwork first. From my personal experience, with sildenafil i cum easier and faster than without it while with tadalafil it's a little harder to cum. This may vary from person to person though..

You probably have that death grip going on and don't even realize it. If you stop jacking off and watching porn it will get better. I learned this in my younger days and it helped in every aspect of my sex life. Or you can go to jail.
