I've
never had a problem, but I've had two in the last two days.
I was into my 2nd set of one arm BB snatch...here come the fuckin waterworks.
Bleedin' like a stuck pig all over the platform, I mean heavy.
I dropped the DBOL and shine, kind of a wake up call.
I will get in to a physician that's a family friend this week...
I'm already considering dropping down to a cruise dose, between being sick and not being on top of my diet and now this. I'm considering cutting my losses now drop down and cruise til I'm 100% healthy and then do a summer blast.
Hope for the best but prepare for the worst
All in all I've made some significant strength gains thus far despite backsliding and losing some weight in feb. Some of these gains likely came from improved form with another set of eyes on me, def have leaned up though and would say my athletic performance is up as my strength:bodyweight ratio has increased. The muscle that I have built is dense, I can't remember seeing striations in my pecs and delts @230+lbs. So based where I'm at now if I have to pull the plug I would still call it a successful blast despite the bullshit. I'm gonna talk to coach and see what he thinks about changing it up a little to try to get a true measure of my improved lifts. I dunno though I feel great, but it may not be the time to really try to push the envelope in light of everything. Kinda shitty but I'm try to stay on the positive side. Hopefully the nosebleeds are not related...if that's possible
