Yesterday was my last day on DNP basically because i want it out of my system for my bloodwork on Fri. ... Now diet has always been my weak point which is why i never made it over 200lbs ... i never really got in more than 3 meals/day,never ever the protein i need for more than a few days(basically because i never got in the meals)and as for cutting,i've always eaten way too much at one sitting. the thing that keeps me from being a lardass is my fast metabolism. I know i need to keep my carbs lower and protein alot higher but i need help. My scale is broke but last i weighed myself i was 185 with cloths on and with this bloat from DNP i look fatter. When i lose the water i can't imagine me being much more than 175 and hopfully alot closer to those ab cuts i need. I'm going to say i'm 175 at 14%bf because right now i can't tell. i just wanted to give an idea for diet. What i want is cuts in my abs and i think diet alone will do this for me because when i eat i can eat. 1 box of linguini with 2 cans of clam sauce is an appetizer to me. now i know i can probably just stop eating that way,raise protein,lower carbs and start getting in 6-8 meals a day but i want to here some suggestions from the board. My son is crying so i have to go but i'm thinking of using clams,eggs,chicken,turkey,oatmeal and keeping out pasta and i don't like dairy anyway. .... Go ahead Grizz lay it on me. I can take it
