in currently on cycle of test prop and I'm putting on fat around my waist and stomach.

I was 76kg when started and now at 79kg 24 days into cycle.

173cm tall
79kg
Body fat don't know anymore

I'm get around 180-220g protein a day
Carbs approx 350
Fat approx 120

I'm not sure where to go from here. When I was training naturally I was eating less then 2500cal and still putting on weight and muscle but my maintenance is approx 2800 so i don't get it.

I'm thinking of upping my protein to 300g and drop carbs considerably... Any suggestions??? I don't want to waste this cycle

I want to bulk but I dot. Want to get fat... My belly is getting out of countrol

I'm taking 400mg a week.

I had blood tests and my e levels were 70 so I'm taking a low does of Arimidex (liquid) .25 E3d

That could explain some of your weight gain. You're bloated from the increase in E2.

Is your AI pharm grade? Make sure it's legit get bloods again in a few weeks to check that E2 levels.

It's not pharma grade. I will get another blood test done next week to see if they've come down.

Do you have an opinion of how my macros should look like? And if I should up my protein and lower carbs ?

See if I can get you some assistance on that. Paging @Docd187123

I was hoping for Latinas and pop tarts bro..... :p

OP 3 wks isn't enough time to put on substantial fat, especially at that level of caloric intake. More than likely it water retention from E2, carbs andglycogen, and possibly electrolyte intake.

If you gain weight eating less than 2500cals then your maintenance isn't 2800cals. Calculating maintenance based off formulas is an approximation. Only way to verify it is trial and error like you're doing. My thoughts are you're either over/under estimating what you eat and your actual maintenance levels.

Your macros look fine but first thing I notice is that even using the low end of your protein intake, 180g, you're eating ~3100cals. If your maintenance is truly under 2500cals than this will cause bloating and water retention from the increase in food. If you want to change it up lower your fats to around 70-80g and bump up carbs and protein or just carbs.

My calories off cycle is different to now.

I'm currently at approx 3000 calories a day. Some calculators suggest my maintenance is 2200 others 2800 so it's kind of confusing what to go off.

Like I said earlier, the calculators are just to get an approximation of where to start. They won't be completely accurate as many factors can affect your TDEE. The best way to get your real maintenance is start eating around what the calculators suggest for 2-3wks. Track your intake and weight changes if any. If you gain weight you need to drop calories to get maintenance. If you lose weight you need to up calories. Once you have your maintenance you're ready to go.

My gym has tester called body gem that measures your rmr. It measures the gases in your breath to determine how much your burning. If you can find someolace that has one its a good place to start. I think I paid like 30 bucks to have the test done.
